Front desk the best! Very helpful. Very convenient to Atlanta airport. We’ll stay there again! Very convenient to Atlanta dream stadium. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was convenient and plentiful. Recommend it to you over other large hotels at the airport.

My family and I were there for a total of 4 days, and from the night we checked in to the morning we checked out everyone was very friendly, helpful, and always had a smile and would make conversation with everyone. All of the valet guys were very nice, and helpful, but I must Aaron (ace) was the best. He was always on his toes running around getting vehicles and always had a smile even though they were all very busy with people coming in and out, he was always conversing and joking with everybody.

Great hotel choice at ATL! I needed to catch an early morning flight and just needed a one night stay and wanted to stay near the airport sky train. The Tru hotel is a quick 2 minute walk from the sky train so I was at the airport in about 10 minutes from leaving my hotel room. The staff was super friendly at check in and they have an onsite bar & restaurant. I arrived late & left early so can’t comment on the restaurant or the breakfast. If I need an airport hotel, will definitely stay here again. Room was clean, quiet & had a comfortable bed. The only criticism (reason for 4 stars) I have is the pillows were extremely flat so luckily I was a solo traveler and could steal as many as I needed. I did let Hilton know they could upgrade their pillows but absolutely not a deal breaker. Excellent value and great choice on the ATL skytrain route. Would recommend.

The staff was friendly and super helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were traveling with our dog and the staff made us feel welcome. The location was very convenient and close to the airport. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The hotel was clean and we had comfortable beds. Valet Jay was extremely nice and helped us walk our many bags to the shuttle on our way to the airport. We needed the great positive energy from Jay after having a stressful long international flight that day.
