Hotel was very clean and every staff member I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Hotel offers a delicious complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle. Great for business or leisure travel. This will be my go-to hotel when I am in the Atlanta area!

Started off poor when they did not have a room ready for us despite it being after check in time of 3pm - reception desk was rude and unapologetic about this. We waited about an hour in the (really dirty) breakfast area and finally got into a room. First room the shower did not work at all. They moved us to another room, showered worked but it was SO dirty the floors turned your socks black. Then in the morning, the shuttle was 15 minutes late (as you know, this matters when you are trying to catch a flight).

I Stayed here during a layover. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Most importantly the service is great - in particular, Zee was very friendly and went above and beyond to help with my stay. I appreciate some kind help while traveling. Recommend if you need a good spot close to the airport with a shuttle!

Do Not Stay Here!! The manager RICO were Very RUDE and accused my fiancĂ© of doing Coke and Smoking weed, she tried to explain that the Yellow substance were Baby Formula and that she had a toddler in the room along with 2 other kids. he called her a liar and told her he had proof and proceeded to send her pictures of the Baby Formula! Somebody even made it seem like it was actual coke by lining it up! He told her that she couldn’t get her $250 deposit back and that they are a franchise so there was nothing she could do about it! He even told her that the smell was so loud that they couldn’t sell the room! But in reality the tub was Stopped up she even called to let them know that the tub was stopped up and they told her they’ll send someone, by the time the maintenance guy made it we was dressed getting ready to leave! I forgot to mention that they didn’t give her No recipe nor did she sign any paperwork when she purchased the room like we do at Most of the hotel we Stay at

Worst Holiday Inn Express Ever! Do not Stay Here ! Sleep at the airport or in the street -Not Here! Shuttle service to and from hotel is unreliable so schedule to leave earlier than needed or plan on being picked up late. But if you skip staying here then it won’t matter. Shuttle is rundown - dirty inside and the driver looked like a homeless person Unkempt and unprofessional. Rundown - in a bad part of town - no walkable restaurants or convenience stores nearby ! This hotel has seen much better days and is sadly in need of a makeover or a tear down. Smelly dirty elevators that haven’t been swept or cleaned. Hall way carpets that are soiled and badly stained and in need of replacement! Room sadly kept , obviously the cleaning staff doesn’t care about cleaning the rooms. Dirty dirty and dirty ! I’m a loyal IHG member - and I’ve stayed at many many properties , but this one is the worst ! I contacted the hotel before booking and asked three questions .. I was assured that there’d be no concerns. Check in desk clerk was horrible - while I was recognized as a member - she barely spoke English and was very difficult to understand. Not very personable at all . The three questions - and three lies from this hotel 1 - Asked for a lower floor room - put on the top 6th floor - lied to 2- asked and requested a room close to the elevators - stuck at the furthest end away from the elevators - ( clerk said it’s only three rooms from the elevator , it was 16 rooms down - her math is as bad as her English . 2nd lie 3- asked if there were coin operated laundry machines for the guest to use - told yes , only to discover yet another lie. There are none . 3rd lie At check in I observed other guests complaining about dirty rooms - no a/c - room safes not working- rooms not ready Desk clerk didn’t care. Very poor representation of the quality of staff and management. No onsite restaurant- you have to walk past an abandoned creepy building past another hotel to get to the other hotel (Raddison) which has a bar and overpriced typical bar food. Not worth it and which by the way apparently is owned by the same company. Look before you book here. the breakfast area is horrible , poor food quality of selection - hot foods looked bad and wete cold and just by looking around the filthy dining area it’s a dump. Worker in the area is quite the b@&$ - Again poor staff attitudes start at the top Management either needs retraining in customer service or to get out of this business.
