This hotel was a poor selection even though it was just for one night to get to our final destination The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the hotel did not have a single extra pillow for the bed The bathroom was in fair condition Needed caulking around toilet but everything worked

Hotel is in a very good location. Close to lots of restaurants and also easy access to the freeway. Air conditioning is very loud. Internet does not work very well. Beds are comfortable and rooms are very quiet. Bathrooms are nice size with walk in shower. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Booked this hotel, since it was conveniently located right off of I95 and I am a Marriott member and it had received excellent reviews. It did not disappoint. Room was immaculate. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Very quiet hotel and didn’t hear other guests. The breakfast in the morning was very good and breakfast area kept very clean. They have a nice pool, which didn’t have time to use because traveling. Will definitely stay at this property again when traveling.

We stayed here 2 nights, Upon check in it was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly. Our room was large,and very clean. This hotel is located near the Interstate.. Everything you need a grocery store shopping 5 minutes away. We went to the beach over in Jekyll island, It was about a 15 minute. drive. I would definitely stay here again

My wife, baby daughter, and I arrived on June 21, 2024, after a long journey from West Palm Beach, Florida. We expected a clean and comfortable hotel, but our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff member was friendly. However, we soon discovered a large, brown stain resembling feces on the bathroom wall and a wet rag left behind. I reported this to the front desk, and although a cleaning staff member attempted to address it, she informed us that the stain couldn’t be removed. The tub’s water handle was stuck in the hot position, making it difficult to adjust the temperature. Despite the apologies, these problems remained unresolved. Exhausted, we decided to get local food and relax. Unfortunately, the microwave didn’t work, and the replacement provided was in poor condition. We also noticed a brown spot on the blinds, white stains on the carpet, and revolting gunk in the bathroom sink overflow opening. The bathroom light and fan didn’t work, forcing us to shower in dim light. Later, when I requested a refund of my points due to the unacceptable conditions, the staff member, Terry, was dismissive and unhelpful, stating that a manager would review the situation. Seeking relief, I went for decaf coffee, only to find it was room temperature. The receptionist’s response was indifferent, and no action was taken. I am extremely disappointed that my family had to endure such deplorable conditions. Room 213 was unacceptable, and immediate action is needed to address these issues. Marriott hotels are known for their quality, but this experience fell drastically short of expectations.
