The front desk reps are always nice. The issue here is every stay the same lady goes up and down the hall banging on doors every morning screaming housekeeping. Ma'am this is my vacation I would like to sleep in! It's nowhere net checkout time!

There were two people who made my stay absolutely exceptional!!! That is Desmond Ellzey. His professionalism and hospitality is unmatched! He has a solution for any issue or problem. The parking, the elevators, the rooms, the bar. Desmond you are the best, thank you brother.

Sam.u.el greeted us with a genuine smile & warm cookies while we checked in and went above and beyond the call of duty by helping us with our luggage. Sam.u.el recommended some good dinner options at the DoubleTree bar and events that were open up to the public that were hosted at the DoubleTree. The hotel is slightly dated but there are gems throughout the hotel that keeps us coming back . Housekeeping does a wonderful job turning over rooms and tending to our requests. Hurricane Helene did some damage to this property but DoubleTree and its employees are still standing strong . Thank you so much Sam.u.el for always delivering top tier customer service and hospitality 💕.

Run, don’t walk away from this place. It’s dated, dirty, and disgusting. My coworker wore socks in the shower. I got sick in the middle of the night. My view was a wall, and the elevator waiting room. Colleagues said there were bugs. Sorry - I’m shocked it’s still allowed to run as a business.

When I arrived, the young lady working the desk was very professional. I checked in and went up to the room. Long story short, I went to work last night and returned this morning. After showering, I got breakfast, and ate it then went to sleep. I woke to go to the bathroom and saw what looked like blood on the end of the pillow and something black moving around on the bed. I got closer and the little black things were bugs. I called down to the front desk, spoke to another young lady and she placed me on hold. The call went to the GM voicemail, and I left a message. Then I called back and the young lady stated they were sold out of rooms and all of the other Hiltons in the area were too. At this point, I called Hilton Customer Service and they got them to give me another room. This room isn't as decent as the previous room. The AC barely works and it's loud. The curtains are barely hanging. This isn't the Hiltons I'm used to staying at, and it saddens me that the front desk clerk really just didn't give a damn.
