I had a concerning experience during my stay. One of the workers appeared to be under the influence of something, and later that same day, I saw him entering someone’s hotel room. This made me feel uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about guest safety and professionalism. I hope management looks into this situation.

When I arrived I was given a room to which I entered and there was a commercial blower drying out the carpet and the furniture pulled from the walls sitting in the middle of the room. I was given a second room which was average. Upon turning on the water to shower, the tub filled up with brown water. I called the front desk and they informed me work had been done on the pipes and to just let it run. I had to let it run about 10 minutes before each shower for the water to run clear. The hotel is becoming more dated and there are better options in the area.

GM is looking to flaunt the rules and charge elites and none elites an early checkin fee as a way to boost their pitiful revenue. it's time for marriott to crack down rogue franchise properties that don't want to play by the rules. don't want to honor loyalty benefits? deflag please. the bar for American hospitality standards post COVID is pitiful and I challenge the GM, who honestly should be named, identified, and shamed right here to come out to Bangkok and stay at their equivalent brand just to see the Night and day difference, because clearly none of these clowns actually want to run a hotel, they just want to boost revPAR and break as many loyalty rules as corporate will let them get away with.

Black manager lady ignores blacks and panders to whites. It's very apparent and unsettling...happened multiples times, on separate days.  (2/13/25-2/16/25) My husband and I noticed this but it was solidified when I was having a conversation with the bartender about my drink selection and she just interrupted us and barked orders for him to do something for a white person as if I was invisible(Saturday night, 2/15/25) No complimentary breakfast, not even a piece of bread. NOTHING No microwave in rooms $20 parking dark rooms  Chipped/ stained counter tops, furniture, mirror Woke up to no electricity and the phone for the front desk has been constantly busy.

The first time we stayed at the hotel was during 2023. It was marvelous regarding food, rooms and atmosphere. However, we stayed at the hotel 01/31/2025 to 02/02/2025. The 2025,stay was very different. The guest were more urban, no dress code,unbutton shirts on men ,pants were sagging. It was just a different crowd. The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are very nice and sizable. I believe, the hotel will need to increase their prices to avoid the slightly ghetto individuals. We heard a couple arguing on our floor. It was too much. I hope I am not offending anyone, I only want to be precise. Another area that needs attention is the breakfast cost. The breakfast cost is not clear. We finally understood , basically the cold food is free with a breakfast card and the hot breakfast is $28.00 with a breakfast card and one hot breakfast is free with a card. Its like two for one regarding the hot breakfast. In my opinion it's too confusing and needs to be addressed. My husband expressed, it is probably our last stay at the hotel. He was NOT impressed. Also, the staff were totally professional and kind especially your front desk representatives. The area is too nice for your establishment to fail.
