InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta an IHG Hotel

Had a wonderful stay with my family. The food was great. Special thanks to Attallah and Arieona at the restaurant. I will return. The beds were super comfortable. The Front Desk was super helpful as I had packages coming in from different companies.

Great pillows, a little left to be desired matress. One outlet did not work. Nice restaurant, but lack of connection servers. Housekeeping skipped our room one day. Nice room, a bit outdated. Very dark lobby. Front desk forgot to give us a paper. Nice turndown service.

Overall this hotel was really beautiful but the issue we had was a pretty big one. The good first - the hotel was lovely, spacious lobby, staff friendly, everything was very clean. The room was a nice size and the bathroom has a full size tub and separate shower. We had club level access, the breakfast there was good and had a nice variety and the attendants were friendly. There was a machine that made espresso/lattes/etc and I really enjoyed that. The rooms were well insulated, the only noise I heard was from outside (people in the pool, even though we were on the 9th floor). I didn’t hear any noise from the people above or neighbors in the hall. Now for our issue- we reached the hotel around midnight. We had confirmed with the hotel earlier in the day that we would be arriving late at night. We were given our key, but when we reached the room that was written on the jacket, the key didn’t work. I went back downstairs and spoke with another person at the desk, who “fixed” the key. I went back up and the key now worked - and we woke up some poor man who was already sleeping in that room. Pretty sure we traumatized both that man as well as myself and my daughter. It turned out that the room number that was written was incorrect. Hotel computer systems should really prevent this from happening

The hotel was wonderful and Teddy was the best driver. He went out of his way when I had travel changes and made my trip better! The car was clean and spacious. Delano at the front desk was also extremely helpful when I checked on very late due to a canceled flight
