Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina

I’ve been staying this location for over 6 year's Over the time things have been going down in the pass year with staff change hotel has been very unpleasant location is prime being I travel from Miami here to check on businesses I have in the Atlanta area But it just never get better I’ve been booking for the pass two mouths from Friday- Sunday just no one seems to care anymore and the up keep of hotel is just horrible. Also they no longer upgrade you as your Hyatt status even when hotel has availability. Seems like the new staff is more concerned with charging extra fee then giving a welcome bck experience. This is not the way you should treat a guest who stays over 80 night with you a year!!!

This Hyatt location doesn't provide free water bottles like other Hyatt locations. They don't provide bottled water for coffee in your room either. You can purchase water bottles for $3.50 each at their market which is a ripoff. Breakfast is NOT free, it's $25.00 per person unless you're a preferred member.

Very beautiful hotel with very nice staff. Check in was smooth there for a wedding they did great job of set up and in moving people from wedding site to reception room. The amenities were very nice nice restaurants in house. Front desk staff as well as event staff were awesome

Beautiful hotel and very clean! We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway with our kids and it was perfect. Just outside the city enough to feel relaxed but close enough to all tourist destinations we wanted to see! Would absolutely stay here again. The front office staff was super friendly and the parking garage was easily accessible. The only issue we faced was ordering DoorDash as the delivery people kept getting lost.

The bed and pillows are so comfortable. Everything was superb! The location was very convenient and we felt really safe and secure! I would recommend this hotel to families and couples who want a comfortable quiet location to rest! It worth every cent!
