Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta Lenox Mall Buckhead

This Homewood still gets it! Clean & modern, but what really was impressive is that they still appreciate their customers! With the decline in service after COVID, this place is striving to be better. Wednesday reception was as levels above what I have seen at other hotels recently! Friendly staff and the director of sales was making his rounds to make sure everyone knew that their business was appreciated. I will be back when in the area. Nice rooms & great customer service!

Very comfortable hotel in a smart area of Atlanta. Parking is available (chargeable). Excellent breakfast with good choices. Breakfast hostess (Bonnie) is very welcoming. The hotel charged us for items from the shop that we hadn’t bought, but corrected the error when I queried it. There’s lots to do. We particularly enjoyed the Martin Luther King museum, the Jimmy Carter Centre and the Atlanta History Centre.

This hotel suited our family well! The rooms have everything you need during your stay. The location is perfect with so much to do within walking and driving distance. The hotel is spotless and the staff did an amazing job! Crystal and Erick went above and beyond! Thanks so much!

I spent two nights here and found it very relaxing. I had a two room suite which was very comfortable. My room looked out on the pool so I did hear kids playing but that was reasonable for the time of day (late afternoon). The free breakfast was tasty. I enjoyed the scrambled eggs adding cheese and salsa to give them a breakfast taco vibe. The oatmeal was also good with a variety of toppings. The facility was clean and well-staffed. Every staff member who I came across greeted me and offered any assistance. I also appreciated that they checked in with me by text a couple times to ensure my needs were met and that my accommodations were as I expected.

Guest services was great. Thank you Erin and MJ for a great time . Keep up the good work. Also thank the cook in the kitchen for preparing the wounderful meals. Did I forget to mention the housekeeping. The premises was clean and along with a great swimming pool.
