The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially Charlotte and Sharon. The breakfast was fresh and the chef ensured all customers needs were met. There was an incident with a customer breaking glass in the pool, but it was resolved by the end of my stay. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

The room was very roomy and the fridge kept our food and drinks cold. I did not get a chance to get in the pool but it looked clean on the inside; but I did try the gym and I loved the treadmill. I am telling you, your shins will thank you. Also, Mrs. Sandra, the receptionist, was really nice and had a welcoming attitude.

It is a wonderful place very nice Lady’s behind the counter very clean only problem is you can’t tell the security from the homeless and people sleeping in there cars in the parking lot.And the security lady was very rude and disrespectful that’s it.

Amazing location by the airport, nice views of the planes taking off. Sandra and Gerunda were amazing and always welcoming as we entered in the hotel they made it feel like a home away from home. I can’t but rave about how great everyone we encountered was. The breakfast was phenomenal as always. Will definitely be back.

Last minute reservation. Waple was very helpful getting me checked in. Very kind staff from checkin to check out. Room was very clean. Just be prepared-and it’s no fault of the hotel. Atlanta airport has one area for all hotel pickups. It’s very busy and congested. It’s easy to miss your bus if you aren’t paying attention. Be prepared for a long wait for hotel bus.
