Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Buckhead Place

A flashback to a 1980's Motel 6 ! Hotel continues to advertise a business center ; but it was removed due to a "corporate initiative". Front desk personnel were unable to explain why. My emails to the Asst Manager, General Manager, and Sales all went unanswered. My only option now is to share my experience here. Frankly, the place felt like a 1980's Motel 6! Homeless person at main entrance, no business center, no working printer, stained carpets, no fruit at breakfast, no coffee cup covers, no tissue in lobby or room, room had no dresser, no soap dish at the sink, elevator's certificate expired 1 year ago... Shall I go on?

Great location if in the Buckhead area---pluses are an underground parking garage with 2 Charge Point EV chargers! Staff were very pleasant and room nice and quiet. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity and not far from Ga 400 highway and Phipps Plaza.

I’ve stayed in 100 of Hampton Inns before, but this one was the WORST by far!!! No Heat; With 2 queen beds one could hardly squeeze by foot of beds, and one one side there was A/C sticking out in narrow walkway, so too tight; no drawers for clothes; bed covers were barely clean; slippery floor in bathtub; one grab bar on far side of tub so dangerous to enter tub; gave two 12 oz bottles of water in room for two, & for 3 days, then had to pay for more bottles. Breakfast and staff very nice. Location was very good

In route , due to traffic our arrival would be after midnight. We called spoke with Dorian he address my concerns informed his staff where our keys were located for check in upon arrival .He was very accommodating and patient while speaking with him on the phone .The next morning there was a minor issue for which Austin the representative swiftly addressed with ease and patience. He informed his manager Earth (father earth ) who upgraded our room at no additional charge. Throughout our stay the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure comfortable and taken care of . Specifically Dorian , Austin , the manager Earth , Mark and Mike the security guard are all exceptional. It was a great stay for my daughter and I they rock ! This will be my Hotel for future stays in Atlanta.

Dorian & Mark was simply amazing! Customer service was top tier! Even though I experienced some minor issues but were resolved quickly! Will definitely be back again!! If you are ever in the Buckhead area, I highly recommend this Hampton Inn!!
