Extended Stay America Select Suites Atlanta Buckhead

I had a wonderful stay. Bianca, Cal, and Devin were incredibly helpful throughout my visit. The location is great if you’re on a budget and want to be near Buckhead. You’re a few blocks away from a Starbucks, Walgreens, MARTA station, Kroger, and Chick-fil-A, making it super convenient for most necessities. You are also about a mile or so away from Target, Lenox Mall, and Phipps Plaza.

I just want to say that the staff was great, especially Dawson, He was always kind, polite, and always greeted you with a big smile. The whole front desk staff was great, the room is nice. I never had any issues with anyone everthing is in walking distance.

roach infested. I was there for a week unfortunately. had to buy over $50 worth or roach and cleaning products. I didn't even ask to switch rooms. I could tell once I got there the whole place was infested. I was traumatized for 5 days. worst hotel experiencce ever. staff did not care except for one nice young man who lived there. place should shut down. health inspectors need to go there.

The hotel is a very pleasant place. The staff and management are very helpful. Me and Mom stayed here while dealing with a sick family member. The hotel was great at accommodating our needs at the time. My mom is an elderly woman as well. The people around the hotel can also be friendly.

There were roaches all over the property. It was nasty. The property manager was the absolute worst. He came into my room without knocking, knowing I was in there. He then told me that he had the right do so since it's HIS property. He cussed me out saying "f**k" and "s**t" just before slamming a door in my face. This can be seen on the front office camera on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at around 11:42 am. He also told me that I needed to wipe myself and throw the tissues in a trash bin (instead of the toilet) after using the restroom since the plumbing was subpar at the property, yelled at me, and then proceeded to bring me another trash can for said purposes. And no matter how many times I complained about this property. No one from corporate will ever respond or call me back.
