The staff and team make this hotel amazing. Front desk crew (especially Stacey), doormen and the cafe team are all incredibly friendly. Makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. Rooms are lovely, clean and the hotel is great. Location is what let's it down. Not too much happening around downtown

Great Front Service Team, Cleanup Crew & Valet … they made our Passion 2025 Conference that much better! The staff treated us with respect and care, as we rolled in to their facility with 20+ … and Jamie at the Coffee Bar, she too was great!!!!!

I traveled from Florida for a church event and stayed at this hotel for the weekend. Let me just say—the customer service was absolutely phenomenal! The front desk staff I interacted with on Saturday and Sunday morning were professional, friendly, and had an amazing sense of humor. They kept me laughing while I waited for my ride, which made my experience even more enjoyable. I did have an issue with the heater in my initial room, but the housekeeping supervisor was outstanding. She addressed the problem immediately and arranged for my room to be changed, ensuring I was comfortable. The level of care and attention, combined with the cleanliness of the hotel, exceeded my expectations. The only downside was the parking situation. The hotel only offers $50/day valet parking and isn’t directly affiliated with the nearby parking garage, which charges about $28/day if you don't move your car. I moved my car after about 3 hrs and was charged $22. And unfortunately, the garage fees reset every time you move your car. If I had known about the parking fees in advance, I might have chosen a different hotel. Overall, I’m incredibly impressed with the staff and service here!

an ok Atlanta downtown stay. Rooms are ok in size but don’t feel luxurious. Rooms are very standard. Sleeping comfort is ok. Staff was quick but also not at all personal. Downtown location is great and price is ok. Would not be my first selection when next in atlanta

A lovely stay right in downtown with beautiful city views (especially at night)! Comfortable bed and accommodating staff. They were so helpful in sharing directions and ensuring my stay was truly wonderful ! I look forward to returning soon ~
