Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia an IHG Hotel

The hotel atmosphere was great. Everyone I came into contact with greeted you with a smile. Sheriff, the concierge, was extremely helpful, friendly, and helpful. He went above and beyond to help in any way possible. The aroma made it feel relaxing. The grounds, with their breathtaking beauty, are a sight to behold. Walking the trail and sitting in the shade was a genuinely inspiring experience. I would go back for the peace, quiet, and natural feel. It was a stress reliever that I truly needed.

Jasmine at the front desk was very welcoming,Friendly,Patient and Helpful made my check in easy and the rest of my stay very comfortable ! Rooms was very clean beds was comfortable. Had a lot of things to do in the area shopping and dinner. I will be booking again!

Great hotel! Sheriff and the concierges were great. Beautiful venue, clean room, lovely outdoors. Great revolving door. Acceptable chandeliers. Good access to shopping and restaurants, but the best ones are about a twenty minute walk.

It was a great experience! The staff (specifically Sheriff and Brett) were outstanding. Very clean, helpful, spacious, and beautiful hotel. Great walking distance to shopping and food. highly recommend! I attended a conference here and it was an outstanding place to host.

My Family and I just completed a another fabulous 3-day / 2-night stay at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia. This is our second stay at this property, and it was even better than the first. Surprisingly, the staff remembered us from our previous stay last year. We had three rooms this time (One Bedroom King Suite with a connecting Two Queen room, and One King Junior Suite) - all clean, spacious, and well appointed. This is a perfect location for shopping and upscale family dining with the Perimeter Mall directly across the street and lots of restaurants / stores close by. The hotel offers a shuttle service to take you anywhere within a 2-mile radius. We used this service each day multiple times. The Concierges and Shuttle Drivers (Sheriff, Moses, and Cam) were the BEST - very helpful and accommodating. Brithny at the front desk made check-in a breeze, and followed-up to make sure we had what we needed. Ricky and whole valet / entrance crew were quick to greet us, help with luggage, open doors and responsive to every request. The hotel staff made our stay extra special.
