This is a horrible hotel. Never go here. I prepaid all of our college team's rooms. However, the hotel charged one of our professors $145.01 on her personal credit card the day we got there. I have left 5 nice voicemails for both their "accounting" and their "billing departments" for the last two weeks but no one has returned my calls. No one answers their phones - try calling their main number - 1-404-659-6500 and see if you can get any to answer in any department. The check in process was terrible. They add an unexpected "hotel resort fee" of $27.23 a day per room. The manager should be fired. Stay away from this hotel. I never write reviews, but I'm so frustrated I need to speak out.

The staff were super polite and helpful too. They were quick to help me find spots to eat and things to do. The building was clean and looked very tidy as well. The room I stayed in was spacious, and the bathroom was clean as well. The breakfast was amazing as well. It was nice to have decent breakfast at a hotel for a change. I really enjoyed my time staying at the hotel and would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Atlanta.

Arrived and waited 35min to get my car to valet due to not having enough valet staff, then another 45 to get to the customer service desk. Received a text that the pool is closed for a private party and will reopen at 7pm. At 6:45pm the wedding hadn't even started. Got to the pool at 8pm and it was so crowded it wasn't safe at all. I have photos. Was told to go to the service desk to get extra towels and blankets bt trxt concierge. Waited 20min to get to the desk. While waiting a couple who's flight was delayed was told their reservation was canceled, three large families walked in and were not staying at the hotel but walked in to use the pool because no one is regulating it talking loudly about how it's free and no one checks. I was slapped and kicked multiple times trying to watch my child swim until I left because I didn't feel safe. A cold could easily go under and drown. I HIGHLY recommend you stay ANYWHERE else. I booked the next two nights and want a refund so I can go to a pool that we can actually swim in. This hotel is understaffed and unsafe!

Was over charge $700 for one night stay . Called the hotel 20 times but the Hotel front desk never answered the phone. Extreme difficulties in getting this issue resolved. Hotel is in poor shape. Called ahead and had to fille out online forms for late arrival. Unable to access hotel on late arrival from airport, all doors locked, no one was at the front desk. Explained to concierge that shaving creme and tooth paste was taken by TSA at airport. Was given complementary shaving creme and 2 packets of tooth paste only to be charged 3 days after we left. Woman at the front desk was not nice. Valet attendant smoking marijuana. Charged a destination fee of $28. Toilet was 1.5 feet from sink. Unable to access sink.

Booked though a third party and was charged a 28.00 a night destination fee that wasn’t added in the booking price. You can’t you chime credit card or cashapp card so please be prepared for incident. No smoking areas but to stand in the front of the hotel. Valet area is always busy and full so you may have to wait for a cart if you need it. South tower the elevators stay wet so be careful.
