The hotel was comfortable and felt safe. I attended a conference at the same venue, which was convenient. The parking was expensive, but it is everywhere in Buckhead. My room was clean and comfortable. It was very quiet at night. The food at the conference, which was provided by the hotel, was excellent. I would stay there again.

Well, this hotel and conference center is old. Our room was clean but it showed lots of wear and tear. This hotel needs major work for where it is located. The location is fantastic there is no sign on the hotel which made us suspicious but we went with it. You might pass it by because of this. The dining room needs work there were dirty cups on our table that still had lipstick. We decided not to eat there. Iâm not sure how the conference rooms look but if itâs anything like the rooms they need work. The parking garage needs work after level 3. However it is well lit. You have to buzz the front desk when leaving and coming back and that is a hassle. It would be better if you could just use your room key to go in and out. Another thing our do not disturb tag went missing. We asked the front desk and they said they didnât have anymore. Also, the walls are paper thin. You will hear toilets flush, tvs on and peoples conversations in the hall. Also there is no microwave in the room but you do have a mini fridge .The microwave is where the ice machine is on every floor . Needless to say we didnât use either. I was being generous with the 3 stars because it was clean. Donât expect ambiance from this hotel. Itâs clean and thatâs it.

Out of all of the hotels in Atlanta, this hidden gem is my number #1 pick. The Wyndhamâs facade on Lenox Road is a work-in-progressâdonât let it fool you. It belies the happy, civilized experience inside. The Wyndham has a beautiful entrance, lobby area, and restaurant. The food I had was very good. And the rooms are classical, tasteful, and lovely. The bed and fluffty pillows make for delicious sleeps. The location is also greatâright by Lenox Square and close to a number of parks including Chastain Park (short car ride) with itâs walking/jogging path that circles the golf course. But, thatâs not why I love the Wyndham. I love the Wyndham because of the PEOPLE!! Everyone is so kind, so friendly, so helpful, and caring. Itâs like going home to a really wonderful family! Alicia and Alicia and Francis and Habsa at the welcome desk are great. âWe appreciate you!â Alicia always says. Thank you, Alicia and Alicia and Francis and Habsa and everyone on my floor who kept the rooms immaculate and who were so kind. I will see you again soon, I hope! Ellie

I cannot begin to express how terrible my stay at the Wyndham Marriott in Buckhead Atlanta was. From the moment I arrived, I was shocked by how overpriced everything was. The hotel charged me a ridiculous amount for everything, including $38 for parking. Thatâs just the beginning of my complaints. The shower experience was miserable â despite the cold, wet, and windy weather outside, the water coming out of the shower was ice cold! Completely unacceptable. On top of that, the air in the room was dry and uncomfortable, making it hard to even breathe properly. The worst part of my stay was the noise. The walls are so thin, I could hear kids running up and down the hallway all night. I couldnât get any sleep at all. Itâs as if thereâs no insulation or soundproofing at all in this place. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience Iâve ever had. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Youâre better off finding a place that values your comfort and your wallet.

Wasn't planning on leaving a review but between being incorrectly charged for the room and after all the back-and-forth / wasting of my time, I figured I had to at least make sure I documented the shirt saga (for both my own sanity and to flag to anyone else because this has been a silly experience) : Jan 13th - Jan 16th - Stay at hotel as a part of a company conference Jan 16th - Realize about an hour after checking out that I left a shirt behind in the room. I call the front desk and they tell me I need to speak with Lost-and-Found, so they transfer me and I leave a message at that line. Jan 17th - Didn't receive a call back from Lost-and-found all day so I call the front desk again in the afternoon and they tell me I haven't received a call back because of change of ownership to Wyndham and to call back tomorrow...lol ok Jan 18th - No answer on a few diff occasions throughout the day when I try to call the hotel Jan 19th - I call and speak to front-desk in the morning and they reach out to Lost-and-found and say they'll call me back with more info. Front-desk calls me back 8 hours later and leaves a voicemail saying "the day got busy but they spoke to Lost-And-Found and they have my shirt and want to coordinate how I can pick it up". Keep in mind - no explanation why my voicemail from 3 days ago had not been returned. Jan 20th - No answer when I tried to call front-desk and lost-and-found throughout the day multiple times Jan 21st - Didn't call Jan 22nd - I called and spoke to different front desk person who was totally unaware of the whole situation. She speaks to Lost-and found and says they actually don't have my shirt and it was a "miscommunication" the other day. Lol I'm not sure what the miscommunication could be considering the options were either "yes we have the shirt" or "no we do not have the shirt". I explain to her that it seems they've misplaced the shirt in the 3 days its taken to reach them since the Jan 19th message, OR, they somehow never had the shirt on that day, which while unlikely is hypothetically plausible, but regardless, both outcomes are bizarre. She basically says "you're out of luck" which really isn't okay considering I originally called an hour after check-out on Jan 16th and was neither helped by the front desk nor called back by lost-and-found, even though my shirt was 100% left in the closet of the room. She suggests I speak with the GM and she'll relay the context and to call her directly at "9am tomorrow" Jan 23rd - I call the GM's number at 9am in the morning. I'm told the GM is unavailable. I explain the situation to the person who answers and they take down my number for the GM to call me back. Jan 24th - No call back Jan 25th - No call back Jan 26th - No call back Jan 27th - No call back Jan 28th - I'm leaving this review. Figured my shirt is obviously as good-as-gone at this point, and quite honestly, I would've been super understanding for some delay because ultimately it's my fault I left the shirt behind. That said, the complete lack of responses, the fact I had to initiate every communication, the laughable disregard for my time, and ultimately just ignoring my conversations & the incredibly simple request is wild. I hope whoever has the shirt enjoys it and feel free to wear it to the hotel because I certainly won't be back to see it :)
