The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa

Great location, beautiful views and clean rooms! I slept like a baby. The free water Ferry was quick and convenient. It picked you up right behind the hotel. The hotel restaurants we also convenient. I would love to see them put a microwave near the ice machines on each floor if they aren’t going to have them in each room

The ONLY thing that would be me back here is Dayna O from guest relations. She problem solved a billing concern caused by a reservation issue that started at check in, resurfacing on day 5 of our stay and she did it with grace. She was efficient, apologetic, acknowledging and although not at all her doing, accepted ownership of the errors on behalf of the venue. Dayna O deserves more than a few bucks creditor saving face for the Westin. Her care and genuine concern for the client is a rarity in this industry these days and she should not be taken for granted. Give this woman a bonus, a raise and a day in the spa.

Extremely poor service. Multiple screw ups, horrible communication and outdated showers. For the price point they should be offering 5 star service. The only positives were their staff member Dayna O. Who was actually knowledgeable and helped resolved our billing issues, thank you Dayna for being awesome! Also the bartenders in the lower level were great!

we arrived at the westin at 9:30pm, the front desk person was not friendly at all, she never offered us information about where to eat, if breakfast was included etc. we had to ask. when we enter the room, we supposed to have a golf view, instead we had a wall of concrete. we drove for 9 hr and we were hungry, so we ordered room service. the food (a sandwich and hamburger) was taking long time so I decided to call and check on the food after 1 hr since I placed the order and they told me I'll check and call you back after 10 min they called me and said the food was on the way, however it took another 25min to delivered, when we got the food, the hamburger was medium well and I ordered well done and the side of mayo never came. Definitely I will think twice to come back

On our way home to Port St Lucie, Florida, and a much needed pit stop for us is here at the Harbor. After a long work day and a four hour drive, we choose this Westin for great parking, beautiful river views, and on premise dining, and of course a comfy bed!!! Nice views from our balcony in room 1601 , that over looks the harbor, the other side of the river, and a stunning sunset. Sure was a beautiful day and it ended with a view to die for!!! We will be back!!! Safe travels to all!!!
