Business and personal trip solo from Michigan to SW Florida with an overnight reserved stay redeeming my accumulated points at the Macon Baymont by Wyndham. Just a great basic overnight stay. Manager Yvonne Walters' outstanding outreach and hospitality the next morning will have me stopping back. Thank You, Yvonne! Robert

This Baymont was a disappointment to us. The room looked "beat up". The linens were stained, including the towels. There wasn't a box of Kleenex so I texted the front desk as they told me to. Nothing ever happened to take care of the problem. The breakfast was very minimal.

Clean room, comfortable beds, I really appreciated the attention to details, I would sytongly recommend it for travelers. The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, and shops. A very safe area to drive and walk. Satisfied

The room featured live and dead roaches, one live one on the bed. Mold was growing on the bathroom wall. The shower head holder was broken and held together by a fabric ribbon. There were no coat hangars or iron and hangar rack had been torn out of the wall. The A/C unit made a groaning sound. The TV reception was fuzzy on every channel. The breakfast included only stale processed food and bad coffee. Staying here was a traumatic experience, and Wyndham will not do anything about it. I'm totally done with any Wyndham stay for the future. This is my third negative recent stay with a Wyndham hotel. No more!
