This hotel was awful. My keycard didn't work most of the time, which resulted in me being locked out of my room, and having my friend help me open the door. The hotel screwed up my booking, and gave me a suite instead of a regular room, which was fine until I had to book another night separately due to issues with their website. Because of this, they had me switch rooms 45 minutes before my conference presentation, and gave me a room that someone else was already staying in. The staff was quite rude during the entire ordeal, and I ended up being late for my presentation, although I was eventually able to keep the room I was in. Personally, I would not stay here again.

Filthy. No mattress protectors on bed. Urine and blood stains all over 2 queen size bed mattresses in room. Shower water does not go down drain. Low quality breakfast. Staff is very rude. I would never stay in this hotel again. Area is questionable.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Nay at the front desk was so very nice. I was here in Atlanta due to issues with my car. Nay was very empathetic to my situation and made me feel comfortable and safe. I really appreciate that kind of customer service.

The pillows are hard, our key card stopped working every hour we had to continue to get new ones, the building is broke they have some cleaning up to doā¦the air broke the fridge donāt get real cold the microwave donāt warm up food, the tv donāt work, the door broke in the bathroom but after all the WiFi is extremely fabulous.

Had to get new keys EVERY day and sometimes TWICE daily!! Outside security card entry is broken...at EVERY door! They are aware of these problems but fail to do anything to rectify the situation! Big problem with marijuana smell in corridors! Do not disturb door signs do not stay in place. Elevators could be cleaner...but that is on the customer...they would just drop their trash! Now for the good...check in with Sandra was great. Hot water pressure in shower was AMAZING! Great location.
