Days Inn by Wyndham Americus

Our stay was okay, we stayed one night. the hotel has several buildings with parking around all of them. No elevators to the second floor. The room could use some minor repairs and the room could use an updating. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors. There were minimal breakfast choices and there were no sugar free options available. The price was cheaper and I think the condition of the room and limited choices showed the lower price. Would I stay again, probably not but in a pinch it would work.

Customer service sucks. I left my phone there and they called to let me know if was there. A couple of days later, my son drove 3.5 hours to get it and when he got there, no one could find it or knew anything about it. I asked the manager on duty to call someone and check. She said that she couldn’t get any information and I would have to wait until the next day. The manager on duty was going to check with her employees and call me back and no one ever does.

My wife and I stayed here last night. It was abysmal! In the room, which was small, the chair was broken, AC was very noisy, and the handicap support bar was loose. The bed had a duvet on my side. The ice machine near our room was broken . At. Breakfast, there were empty bins where bread, English muffins etc should be available. A mountain in of sausage but NO eggs!!! But the sin was NO coffee (the machine was broken)! I would find anywhere else to stay! Go down the road!

I was scared it was going to be dirty/nasty like some of the previous reviews, but nope! All was great and clean and our room was cool and did not stink. We came with a group for a state highschool bball game at the college. One couple said their room did stink and they happily switched their room when they requested. Everyone was happy. The only issue I had was my remote for the tv would not work, and again, the front desk happily replaced it. We would stay here again.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Towels were tiny. Breakfast was very disappointing! Coffee machine was broken. Pancake machine was not working . There were no Waffles, eggs, or bacon. The only thing that was hot was sausage. Even the bagels and muffins were tiny. This was at 7:00 am not like we got there right before it closed. Not what I expect from a Wyndham hotel at all.
