Hyatt Place West Palm Beach Downtown

It is a very clean and convenient hotel. Tailored more towards a functional stay like a business trip or if you are in town for a special event. The rooms were large and clean with plenty of hooks and places to lay out your luggage. The staff was very nice. Although located in the Palm Beach area, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this as a hotel to stay if you are in town for a leisure vacation since the hotel has more of a business feel, but it is very conveniently located by one of the bridges to Palm Beach so it’s a quick walk over the bridge into vacation land.

Fantastic location with great service. Fun lobby space with full bar and a wonderful full breakfast each morning with sunlit seating. The room was spacious with soft living room seating, comfortable beds and plenty of room for work or relaxation.

Over prices room for 6, 2 queen, sofa bed is for one person, not two. No microwave in room. Had to ask for the extra bedding and towels needed. Staff was pleasant. Hotel can offer more being there's nothing else around for food. Didn't bother with the breakfast

Extremely frustrating. Our room for 4 was switched to a room for two without contacting us. Not only was our room given to someone else but they wouldn’t give us another as they were full. One ended up on a pull out and another on the floor. Not ok. If you book for 4 the room needs to sleep 4.

Huge, clean room in excellent condition. Great breakfast buffet included in the room rate. Wonderful, helpful staff. Perfect location. Inviting, spacious lobby. Even the happy hour was nice. Will stay there the next time I'm visiting West Palm Beach.
