Hampton Inn West Palm Beach Florida Turnpike

We we’re visiting to relax and watch the cardinals in spring training. This location is awesome and so easy to get to places to eat and the ballpark. Staff does a great job of accommodating your needs whatever they might be. Alex was so pleasant to deal with, all of the staff were.

Hotel was very clean. Has a good pool area, a terrace with shade by the pool with lots of seating for gathering, and a small grassed area if kids want to play. The breakfast was ok, could have been better for the nightly rate, not as many choices as other hotels but had fresh fruit to take on the go. There was no bottled water in the rooms but had a water filling station in the lobby. Coffee/tea station could have been fresher in the evening. Staff was very friendly. Dining and grocery options within walking distance, and about a 15-25 min drive to the beach.

The location is perfect if you need something close to the West Palm Beach Airport and car rental returns. The hotel seemed to be fairly new...nothing looked out of date or worn. Our King Bed room was very large and, like the hotel itself, clean. Bathroom is fine with plenty of towels and hot water. Lots of internet ports and outlets for charging. Good internet. Adequate, standard Hampton Inn breakfast. Some very early morning noise from adjacent parking lot (trucks backing up).

Amazing Service especially by the hotel front desk Dejon who helped resolve the issue of my check in. He was super friendly and quickly resolved the issue for me! Great experience so far and very impressed by the service! Looking forward to the full stay!

We were screwed by VRBO and their agent Houzlet, who literally cancelled our rental as we were boarding a plane to take occupancy. At the height of the season finding alternative lodging proved challenging. But we looked on our Hilton app and we saw that this hotel was close to where we needed to be and rented a room for 12 days. The hotel is newly renovated. Our room, carpet and bathroom were all new. This made for a pleasant experience after being so upset by swindlers at Houzlet. The staff was great! The front desk person we worked with was Harry. A lovely person with a great smile and attitude. The cleaning staff also was thorough, accommodating and friendly. Great representatives for the hotel. The breakfast was ok. Coffee was weak and not much of a variety in terms of…well anything, but at this point we weren’t going to be fussy. So we ate the same eggs and bagels every day. We would stay here again. It served the purpose and we were glad we found this place.
