Cadillac Motel Fanning Springs

Do not stay any length of time! My brother has been there for a month and they have never cleaned his room or changed the sheets. I have asked and asked for them to clean the room and they still have not done it. 😒

This room was very spacious and I loved the atmosphere. They staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. Looking forward to going back on the first of the month and stay for an entire month and hop to get same room. Thank you for making my stay easy and comfortable. Kimberly Bilodeau.

Owners are unreasonable and literally yelled at me for no good reason. Told us to leave because we had a service dog. Refused to return payment. I told them I would be posting a review. He said he didn't care. There were only three cars in the parking lot that evening and the owner yelled so much, that other people came out of their rooms to see what the commotion was about. BAD BAD BAD! Read other reviews of this place.

Our experience was horrible!!! DO NOT STAY THERE, owner and wife are very nasty, we needed a 2nd roll of toilet paper and were told they only give out 1 roll per day and then after asking again for a roll - owner threw it at us - most light bulbs were burnt out and 2 lamps did not even work, place is very old and run down, overhead fan was noisy and air conditioner barely worked - we paid for 2 nights and tried to get our money back for 2nd night as we left early after only staying 1 night - could not stay there any longer - owner REFUSED to give us our money back for 2nd night and yelled at us after throwing towels at us - Try Quality Inn in Chiefland or any other motel before making the mistake of staying here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We checked in on January 4th, paid cash in advance for three nights (no tax was collected). Lights in room did not work, soda vending machine did not work, room smelled dirty, no coffee pot, linens smelled stale, room had been painted at one time (around the outline of the furniture, no less). We requested more toilet paper. It was grudgingly provided and and we were told there was a limit of one per day. The next day we asked for more toilet paper and were told we could not have any more. We checked out about 9 a.m. a day earlier than we had planned. Manager refused to return the fee for the third night. This place is a dump and the owners are extremely rude.
