TownePlace Suites by Marriott Tampa South

We had a quick one night stay, but found it immensely enjoyable. The hotel is elevated with covered parking underneath and excess parking available in the rear. The lobby is on the 2nd floor. The front desk clerk, Marcus greeted us and he was an absolute delight. The room was updated and spotless. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The A/C worked well and we found the room to be quiet. The breakfast was well tended and an ample selection. We frequently travel to Tampa and we will definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly. They had board games and cards for us to borrow and play with. The full kitchen in the room was a great amenity- cookware, dishes, cups and utensils. The location of the pool was a little awkward but they have a pool. Breakfast included bacon and eggs with cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, waffle maker, and toppings bar. Very simple and was quick fuel for the morning

We have stayed in several hotels in the U.S. This hotel had More than everything we could have asked for. The friendliest, most accomodating staff! A full kitchen, compilmentary breakfast and a comfortable bed. We were not here for leisure, a family matter. The staff could not have been kinder or more attentive. Thank you for a great experience!

We've been hopping from hotel to hotel during our trip around Florida and this was the best hotel so far. It's the first time during our trip that we thought: it's a pity we have to leave. We liked the intelligent use of space in the room, the full kitchen (all the appliances and even pots, pans and cutlery), the friendly staff and very important: great coffee at the breakfast!

Great hotel and outstanding customer service! Check-in was professional and efficient. Room was “Marriott clean” and equipped with full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and two-burner stove. GM Narish went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a last-minute family meeting space after a funeral. We extend our sincere thanks to Narish and his staff for their help when it was most needed. We will be pleased to stay at this property with Narish whenever we are in the area.
