Pablo was our shuttle driver to and from the hard rock casino. It was a delight to talk to him and he had lots of tips on places to go and eat. Really nice guy and fun to talk too also!! Pablo was a great driver and shared some cool and funny stories with me and my wife!

Hotel with spacious rooms and balconies. Located near I-75 with a restaurant and bar inside, coffee in the lobby in the mornings. One challenge with the room safe, which required a battery replacement that the hotel provided when I requested. Challenge is that they then locked the safe (I didn’t decide to message back as my trip was half done at this point). I also had a leaky toilet, but that was fixed fast.

Carlos E was amazing-very friendly and accommodating. Went above and beyond to make our trip as memorable as possible. The hotel is well situated and is convenient to the soccer tournament our son was playing at. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly.

A very comfortable hotel to go with the family Especially Edith, Eliana, Lili at the restaurant, Corina and Francisco at the shuttle, The beds are very comfortable, the sheets are clean, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is very good and the prices are good.
