Friendly staff, room was not cleaned for the 3 nights but we asked them for towels and empty and were very gracious. All days just had eggs sausages along with waffles , cereal and toast food was tasty. We enjoyed our stay with them. Close enough to all spring training and airport.

Environment around the hotel lobby and outdoor area felt very unsafe!! Sketchy looking people hanging around and at the pool!! The rooms were old but clean! The staff were friendly! I was picking up my son from the airport and my wife was afraid for me to leave her at the hotel by herself!!

The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, but they put me in a non handicap room and it was way too perfumed, i actually had an allergic reaction to the smell of the hotel and room. we stayed for 3 days and if i hadn't turned the fan on full blast and opened the window i would have had to leave and stay elsewhere. I didn't complain after the first night because i was able to clear the room and with not having room service it worked out that we were happy to stay there once the perfume was gone. The elevator broke the second day and was out of service until the night we left, thank goodness, we would have needed help getting the luggage down 3 flights of stairs otherwise. The breakfast was the usual hotel freebie nothing spectacular but ok, the coffee was good. parking was great as we were able to park close to the entrance in the handicap area. the only thing that bothered me about staying there was the ground floor room two doors from the entrance was guys hanging out the window, empty beer cans lined up on the ledge and the screen off so they could climb in and out this made me feel like it was sketchy, but in all it was a good comfortable place to stay.

No hot water. No manager to be found (always the same one guy at the desk no matter the time) and he is the only one that can give an ETA on a fix. Apparently 1 boiler is out. Others staying said it has been 2 days of cold water now and we are supposed to be here 3 more nights! No refunds if we check out early. Additionally breakfast service is not staffed sufficiently and many things were out with the one poor lady working doing her best. Do NOT prepay a stay here!!!

The staff was super friendly at least the one that I interacted with, sam. Very professional very intimidating very patient and courteous. However the place was a little dirty. They were handprints on the walls in the bathroom and scratch marks all over the door. So when I say dirty I mean it looks like it needed a magic eraser all over the bathroom walls and the walls in the room. Like someone that dirty stayed in there and touched everything. That's really the only complaint I have. The bed was comfortable the towels and the sheets smelled clean. I would say a fresh new paint of high gloss would make that place really shine and I would give it a five star. For now it gets a three and a half
