I am currently staying at the Homewood suites in Tampa/Brandon. I have been residing at this hotel for the last three months and have plans to continue my stay in Florida at least another 3 months. The following staff has made my stay very comfortable. Naija greets me every morning with a smile. she is always there if I need anything and is a very hard worker and I really appreciate heršŸ™ Cara is just genuinely down to earth, good heart and kind, It feels like I’ve known her for years. I was really missing home until I bumped into her, she has made my stay feel like I’m right at homešŸ’•. Tamia, is just a sweetheart, so kind and professional all the time. Her customer service is awesome! I’ve seen customers yell and scream and she ALWAYS handles the customer with patience and understanding, they always leave thanking her. Hilton is blessed to have such a talented concierge to be the first and last person to greet their guess. 😊 Erivin, is special! He’s always full of so much joy and happiness. He’s always dressed immaculately and smells so good. He’s the hotel Ambassador, he always greets everyone with such grace.šŸ‘ Matt, I would like to commend his attention to detail and commitment to service. His patience and willingness to assist has made me feel like a valued customer. He is very quiet, patient but I can tell he takes extreme pride in his position. It’s always a pleasure when you assist or just greet me. šŸ’ Bryce, the newest member of the team is very pleasant. Whenever I have had contact with him he’s been very professional and goes out his way to assist me; without making me feel I owe him something. He does his job with pride. Keep up the good work.

Sorry the management is non existent. Will not help with any problem. Ceiling fans are covered in dust ceilings are black from it. Sheeets are dirty. No working TV in Room. No Propane in gas grills for BBQ. Bed hard as a rock especially pull out sofa. Darcel R. the General manager will not respond to calls. Patricia C the front desk manger never is there away either on vacation or off property does not respond. So if you are fine with a terrible stay stay here

If you are looking for a basic, no frills, place to stay then go with this hotel. Unfortunately, if you are expecting the typical Hilton experience then avoid. Whilst the rooms are clean and basic they are not up to Hiltons standards especially given what you are paying per night. The breakfast is basic and hours cater to business visitors with service ending at 0900.

Be warned! Spent a little over 2 months here while on a business trip. Hotel is badly in need of a major renovation. Had to use my cellular data for pretty much the entire time I was here due to absolutely horrendous internet. One of my coworkers had to change hotels because his wife was unable to work in the room due to lack of internet. Another coworker moved out after he discovered a seemingly fraudulent charge to his credit card. I stuck with it merely because I had too much in my room to bother moving after working 12-14 hours a day, 7 days a week. Living room furniture was totally worn out. I discovered an erroneous charge for a $7.00 beverage on my folio that had been billed to my corporate card. It was credited back to me, however, I was unable to submit my expense reports on time because I was told that the hotel had no way to correct my receipt to make it reflect the correct actual amounts charged to my room. Got locked out of my room at 4 am one morning and was nearly late for work because the hotel was ā€œupgrading the software for the digital locksā€. Guy at the front desk was not able to let me in and I had to wait around 20 minutes for someone else to arrive who had a master key card to let me in. Television’s are slow with a very limited amount of channels. Hotel staff was mostly friendly but I don’t suppose that they can do anything about the owners who seemingly refuse to spend any $$ to fix the place up. Breakfast was pretty decent but the Wednesday manager’s reception was lame.
