Thank for the great service .. we were passing by and needed a place to stay due to the bad weather. Elaina was able to get us a great two bedroom unit and was so nice to us..we wanted ice in the room and she brought it up so we could relay with drinks .

I really enjoyed my stay here. Sharika was very accommodating, very professional and made sure we had everything we needed. Because of her I will most definitely come back to stay at this hotel. It was no complaints while I stayed here. Will be back!

Residence Inn Tallahassee North/I-10 Capital Circle Tallahassee NEVER AGAIN... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 996133379 Residence Inn Tallahassee North/I-10 Capital Circle 1880 Raymond Diehl Road Tallahassee, Florida This has been one of the worst Marriott experiences I’ve had from a Marriott property. Customer service goes a long way and determines whether a guest has a good or unpleasant experience. Despite the property showing its age, I’ve tried to overlook the many cosmetic issues that I’ve noticed throughout the property during my 10 nights, but lack of professional customer service was absent at best. The hotel rooms are very noisy due to the interstate traffic and the hotel only has single pane windows in the rooms. I could not see out of the bedroom window due to the panes being stained. The room had low water pressure, making it had to shower and use the lavatory. On the 4th night of my stay, the heater went out in my room and the hotel was completely sold out. The temperature in the room was 58 degrees and outside was low 40 degrees. Hotel maintenance come to check out the heater situation and he stated ‘the heater is not working and could not be repaired due to it being too late in the evening and not have the parts to repair. At first the guest agent stated they did not have another room available, and she contacted a neighboring property, but they were also sold out. I asked the guest agent if they could help find me another hotel or comp for a one-night stay at the Springhill Suite by Marriott which is located about 1.5 miles from the hotel due to the rate being extremely higher than the rate I was paying at this hotel. She stated they could not do that and offered to check out and I could find another hotel on my own. She went to the back office to talk with the property manager several times, but she stated there was nothing they could do. The worst part was despite the seriousness of the situation, the property manager NEVER came out to speak with me. As I was packing my things for checkout around 7:00 PM, the guest agent called the room stating they had a third-party cancellation and I could move to another room for the night, I moved to room 225 which was cleaned, but disappointing. The room had a very LOUD dehumidifier blowing. The toilet was not suitable for adults, it was small and sat close to the floor making it extremely difficult for an adult to use. The shower was disgusting, and I did not feel comfortable using it. I booked the long-term stay rate online at www.marriott.com and the rate was $139.00 for each night. As I was reviewing the final bill through the Marriott Bonvoy App, I noticed the hotel changed the rate to $138.00 for 2 nights, $139.00 for 4 nights, and $149.00 for 4 nights. The rate on the bill showed the rate description ad “Rm Chg. STDO T2 Transient”. I immediately went downstairs to the hotel desk to bring this to the attention of the morning guest agent. She stated that the hotel changes the rate at their discretion depending on what’s going on the demand and what’s going on. I informed her someone at the hotel must have physically changed the rate and that may be an illegal business practice. The guest agent’s attitude showed she did not care, and it was not her problem, as she stopped addressing the issues and rudely stopped talking with me to assist another guest who later approached the counter. No apology and she did nothing to try to resolve the situation, upon checkout, there was another guest agent who apologized, sympathized with me, and stated she would bring this to the attention of the manager when he came in to investigate the situation. She stated he is the only one who could change the rate back to the original $139.00 per night that I had originally booked. Both guest agents asked the same question. Did you book your reservation through a third party? The answer was NO, I booked Marriott.com, Bonvoy. I am sure this unethical business practice is against the law and should be looked into. The property manager has NOT called, and nothing has been done to resolve the situation. I was also promised extra Bonvoy points for the inconvenience of the broken heater, but I have NEVER seen the extra points reflected in my Bonvoy account. The lack of customer service at the Residence Inn Tallahassee I-10 North is a huge disappointment. DO NOT waste your time or money at this property, not because of the cosmetic deficiencies, but because of the lack of customer service and because of an absentee property manager who in my opinion does not care about guest service.

Desperately in need of maintenance…. First off let me say staff was welcoming and professional. But facilities (faucets in room for example literally falling out of cabinets) etc definitely need updating/repair. Couches/chairs worn and no cushion ….. would not stay here again. Good location though….

We totally loved our room. Studio room for an excellent price front desk staff was very friendly. There is a good spread for breakfast. In the future we will start aiming to stay at this hotel chain. We really liked the accomodations, it gave us enough room to spread out and relax
