Quality Inn & Suites Tallahassee East I 10

Paid for the room, extended the stay, and was advised by the employee that they already have my cc on file, yet the extended day, while I was gone, my friend and my dog were kicked out because they said it was not paid for, even though we received the confirmation and were told by the employee everything was good. I called to complain and I was told that the employee who advised it would just go on the cc had only been working there 2 days. So basically you kicked us out, AND kept some of our stuff for your negligence in properly training your employees, and when I called to complain, I was told I was no longer welcome there, and hung up on. No offer for us to pay because of their negligence, no apology!

The lady at the front desk was nice. The heater didn't work and it was freezing cold outside. The wall plug was busted and hanging out and dangerous. The bathtub look like somebody with dirty tennis shoes just got out of it. No microwave, no towels, no shampoo or soap in dispensers, no hot water.

The rooms were immaculate, and the front desk and staff were excellent. The grounds were well-groomed, and the parking lot was lighted well at night. The Red Roof Inn is the kind of inn that makes you feel at home and greeted by smiles and friendly handshakes; this is a 5-Star Inn.

The staff was nice. However. Live bugs, terrible smell, loud air conditioning, a toilet that wasn't attached to the wall. We had been on the road and wanted to shower but the shower itself looked dirty. We checked in at midnight cheked out at 7 am. Do not recommend.

We were hesitant about booking based on a few poor reviews. None of those criticisms were correct. The desk clerk was friendly and courteous. The room was clean with no bugs and quiet. No rowdy neighbors, just a very peaceful night after driving 10 hours. We would book that Red Roof again. J Lejune
