Kayla at the front desk was absolutely AWESOME! Very kind and good service! She made check in and my stay very pleasant! She went over and beyond to help me solve an issue. It was good to finally get customer service that wasnāt rude or impatient!

The staff that help with serving breakfast, especially Monica are very sweet and helpful. They made our morning very cheery and did a wonderful job if we needed anything. Our thanks to them for being such a wonderful pleasure to see first thing in the mornings.

This is a horrible hotel. Do not go or take your family. I was there for a conference and my car got vandalized. There is no cameras on both ends of the property. My vehicle was vandalized in the afternoon around 12:30pm, the property manager did not call until I was out of the hotel back home 2 days later, I am out 500.00 and there was no compensation suggested or a comp nite. That property is not safe. I definitely will alert the new stations for this property. Not the Mariott I am use to. DO NOT GO! MY FAMILY IS TRAUMATIZED TO SAY THE LEAST.

I highly recommend reconsider booking with this hotel. They advertise "free cancellation" however, it's very misleading because they will charge you a fee of 146 if you unfortunately have to cancel. Reservation and the General Manager can care less about customer service but better yet care more about making money. I will never spend another dollar at a Marriott property due to my experience.

Great Location and Customer Service experience and I would be recommending this hotel to all my business partners. Breakfast was simple but you could have more gluten free options and vegan options. Room was spacious Great Job to everyone at the hotel
