Seffner Inn and Suites

Hi to any and all not what I expected.nothing like what's advertised really run down needs some major upgrades.rooms old dated dirty had what I believe black mold on the back of bathroom door fecies in the door stop a bug stuck into plaster tub stained nasty.i have pictures below..room it's self seemed clean hallway ok just run down.for the price there asking should have been alot better.had to make 3 trips to front desk just to get a remote that worked.as listed breakfast buffet not sure if they know what it means. sausage 2 waffle makers that barely work Sam's box bakery products toast juice coffee cereal not the breakfast I was expecting.a real let down.staff seemed friendly not much of a luxury hotel.room was 135 bucks at the most 75 bucks elsewhere not worth the price.live and learn i say look elsewhere for the vale also bugs on my window ledge

The room was the STUNK!!!!!... and they would not give us another room because we booked 3rd party. We both ended us getting sick. The lamp shade was ripped. We couldn't even open the door where the microwave was supposed to be - no knob. Didn't need to use. The tub was scratched up. Repairs in bathroom yuk. We bought air freshener and tried using coffee to get the stench out. We were imprisoned ...because they would not give us another room that didn't stink and we would have lost our money; DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL~

Really a 3+. Changing Over to a Choice Hotel so I would guess things will improve. Then it would be a 4 or 5 easily. I had a king suite, nice room. Actually two rooms separated by a little hall and bathroom. Nice. A king sleeps two people. However, there were 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, but only 1 face towel. Of course I could go to the desk and get another but it should be in the room. A little difficult to see the entrance after dark. The sign need to be a little taller and better light. Slow check in but friendly. 1 TV controller was not working and the other was not working very well. I was tired of going to the front desk so I lived with it. If you have a large pickup truck especially with an 8 ft bed or dually. Parking is limited. No sofa at present but Choice are in the process of replacing, No problem for me. I could see the truck stop from my window but the limited noise was not a problem. Good luggage carts. Refrigerator was larger than most with a freeze compartment and very cold. I like. AC great All else OK. Slow check in but very friendly
