Booked a room for sat and Sunday about $600 They took my information along with my credit card Got there about 1 and they said previous people checked out at 11 but would take about 1 1/2 hours take make ready We talked to 3 different people who said they would call us when ready Never got any calls Finally went there around 3:15 and was supposedly going ta be at least another hour or more They wanted me to give them my credit card again, I said you already have all of that The older lady said I have bad attitude and told me to leave . I said I need proof that my credit card wasnât charged and they all started yelling at me Iâve been all around the world. This is the worst customer service ever and the place is not ever that special

GREAT resort in what still is a quiet area of East Coast Florida. It actually reminded me of resorts in the Florida Keys. Lots of music, nice crowd of folks and a wonderful staff that all seem to share the same goal. Customer satisfaction. Go, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

The room had a funky smell to it that was very strong and unpleasant upon entry. The shower water pressure was abysmal. The mattress seemed to be a light-weight spring type. The entertainment at Sands is awesome! Great band!!! Blackfin is a wonderful restaurant with a very enjoyable atmosphere on the river!

First time staying at the resort, I was impressed on how courteous, helpful, attentive the staff was. The location couldn't be better and they all went above and beyond to making our friends birthday celebration extra special. We will definitely be back soon.

The place is fantastic. Love the entertainment, food and bars. Clean and felt very comfortable and safe here. This is the second time we have stayed here for our anniversary. We will plan to stay here again, whether for a weekend or another anniversary.

A private balcony is found in each soothing room of Captain Hiramâs Resort, many with views of the river. Cable TV, a fridge and a coffee maker are also included. The SandBar features 4 full-service bars along the river and a schedule of live music. The Treasure Coast Restaurant serves a full menu through the day, including seafood and steaks. Guests of Captain Hiramâs can rent a boat or jet-ski at the marina or go fishing with an expert guide. Bimini Beach and a tropical outdoor pool are also available. Mel Fisherâs Treasure Museum is 4 minutes from the resort. Downtown Vero Beach is 17 minutes from the property.
