Awesome hotel experience!!! Friendly staff always with a smile. The freshest best breakfast. Warm heated pool quiet and affordable. Nice rooms clean and fresh. Close to everything. Best Western Plus rocks. And don't forget the fabulous Cino coffee machine in the lobby. Unbelievable coffee experience.

Very clean and staff is amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. Great value for price. The staff was very helpful and the morning breakfast was good. I would recommend it for anyone needing a comfortable stay at a great price. I travel a lot and I will be back.

Stayed 1 night prior to a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale. When we threw back the covers in the morning, found dried blood stains on top sheet.and nothing on any other part of the bed. Asked the manager to come up and she said that wasn’t necessary. Since I showed her pictures. We returned after the cruise to this hotel as we had non refundable reservation and when I asked about the incident, she stated the GM didn’t buy it. I found the answer insulting especially since this Best Western is owned by Capt Hiram’s and I had just dropped over $225 on dinner /drinks at Hiram’s. I asked the manager to have the GM call me. No call We’ve yet to receive an apology. I don’t feel it’s coming. We also found housekeeping had tossed the coffee into the toilet and there was coffee splattered on the seat on our last day here. This is definitely the last time at this hotel. I was in food service for over 40 years and this type of customer service is not acceptable

The stay at the Best Western was a good experience. There was a group of ladies playing in a tournament. The front desk was overly helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had choices and was good. I would stay there again when in the area.

The staff were excellent, especially the lady that was working the breakfast bar. All staff were friendly and very friendly and polite . The person checking us in was extremely accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable. Would recommend this motel
