The front desk at check in at 2am was great, rooms are not so great. Room 321 smells like someone urinated in the air conditioner horrible. Room 219 they at least try to cover the smell with some type of air Freshner. Carpets are a little sticky in the rooms, pull out beds are disgusting. For a quick sleep while driving and the amount of money paid you would hope the brand would keep the place up.

The hotel was ok but no bottled water the tub needs remodelling the ac needs servicing and the staff isnt fully trained on Flex pay. As much as hotels cost you should not have to pay for water. They also had a pending charge on my cc for the entire stay instead of a dollar just in case of damage i had to ask them to take it off they had no paperwork on me for my reservation i had to leave and come back half hiyr to an hour for ut to be fixed

Arrived late in the day and had to leave early in the morning. Fast registration and the room was clean and acceptable, nothing fancy. Bathroom was good with adequate supplies for the night. Breakfast was good with eggs and sausages available. Filled up my yeti mug and was on my way. No issues.

The hotel needs a refresh, and pets need to be relegated to a limited number of rooms in one side and floor of the hotel. Breakfast was good. Pillows were good. Mattress was worn out, room and hallways had a wet dog smell. Many folks were talking about the odor during breakfast, and another customer was trying to change rooms last night. Unfortunate decision to allow so many pets as to decrease the quality of their lodging.

Absolutely disgusting. We booked a last minute trip, and this was one of the only hotels in the area that had availability, now we understand why. Check-in was straight forward, and the front desk girl was very pleasant. We received our room keys, and thatâs where the fun ended. The elevator rattles and struggles to reach its intended floor. The smell of Lysol is overpowering in it. We reached our room, opened the door and were immediately overpowered by an extremely strong odor of mold. We didnât even go into the room, turned around, and took another ride on the death-elevator back to the front desk. The concierge did not look or sound remotely surprised. She quickly gave us a room on the third floor. We braved the rattly elevator of doom once more, and brought our belongings to our new room. This room smelled like febreeze, Lysol, and only faintly of mold. We had reservations in town, so we headed out almost immediately. We took the stairs this time. When we returned, the aromas lysol and febreeze had worn off, and the room smelled overpoweringly of mold. Everything felt damp. There was water dripping inside the walls so loudly that we wouldnât have been able to sleep. The air conditioner had mold spots all over it. There were coffee grounds sprinkled all over the carpet, right where the dripping noises were coming from the wall, presumably in an attempt to mask the smell of mold coming from the walls. We decided it was not worth risking our health by spending the night. We checked out, after spending a total of about an hour in the room. We were still charged the full, extremely high price, for a room of this caliber. After calling and speaking with management, they were completely unapologetic, and did not offer any further assistance. This hotel should be condemned before someone gets seriously sick.
