Absolutely awful experience! Hard Rock Seminole Tampa put us at this hotel for our stay. Got to hotel- clerk at desk did not greet us, told us to ā€œput the card in the machineā€ without any explanation of charges - handed us a key card- one- never told us room number, asked how many cards we wanted- did not provide any direction. Got to room - opened door- and the room was occupied- couple having s*x!!! We screamed- they screamed- we ran down to desk- told the guy what happened- no apology or anything! We demanded another room and explained how awful the experience was- no apology. Called hard rock - escalated situation- and they said it’s not eir responsibility to talk to management or give us any compensation- it’s up to US to talk to management. There is no manager on duty, according to desk. All Hard Rock can offer is an apology. Nothing else. Horrible customer service and experience. Never again!

Awful - avoid during remodelling. I don’t think I’ve ever had the experience of a hotel where it was so awful I didn’t stay the night and checked outs they should have shut this down whilst remodelling. No facilities, lobby was a back room and reception desk was on a table. Terrible smell of mould and it was dusty. Checked out - and I was desperate having been travelling for 30 hours.

We were unable to stay for our booking because of Hurricane Milton. The staff told us they had damage and we would not be able to stay, which is understandable, but they also refused to refund us or move the reservation to another time. Given the circumstances I understand why we could not stay there, but we also live in the Tampa area and are also dealing with the effects of Helene and Milton. We were hoping for a staycation before we were impacted by losses from the hurricane, and for a company as large as Hilton not to even be able to work with us is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Both of our cars were broken into in the parking lot. The police said this is very common for this area. Front desk was not at all helpful. Didn't even call the police or go outside to see how many cars were hit. I saw at least 7 with smashed windows. Management had an opportunity to be helpful in this event and did absolutely nothing.

This place is beautiful. But beware they do not have outdoor cameras in car parking lot and the thieves and robbers know that your car will get broken into . The cops say it is happening a lot lately there 😭. When I walked I. I thought yes I am in a safe area but then this happened God sees everything karma and justice will be served
