Bad customer service the worst customer service one hung up on me and they were so rude. I was trying to get my room and then I almost died because someone was breaking into my room. I was so scared. I thought I was gonna die never wanna go to this hotel again with my family

***BRIDES BEWARE of the Four Points by Sheraton Punta Gorda Harborside*** I chose to host my wedding reception at the Four Points by Sheraton Punta Gorda Harborside because of our prior positive experiences with Marriott. They are a well-renowned hotel chain that values their loyal customers and consistently provides excellent service, which is why we kept coming back. It is with immense disappointment and genuine concern for future guests that I share my recent experience as a bride hosting her reception at their hotel. The hotel event coordinator had reserved cabanas at the venue for our private party after the reception. Hotel management allowed our reserved cabanas to be overrun by the general admission crowd. I witnessed one of my guests being shoved by a hotel employee (who was later identified as a manager). Within minutes of me arriving at the cabanas, I found myself back in the hotel lobby in tears, embarrassed, and injured with scratches up my arm. The front desk contacted another manager on duty, but they refused to come to the lobby to assist me. No one from hotel management checked on me or even asked what had happened. Later, I learned that my father was followed to his vehicle and taunted by the same men who had been allowed to overrun our cabanas. The fact that hotel management allowed this behavior sickens me. Additionally, our food and dessert extras disappeared without explanation, along with pieces of our bridal silverware, in what seems to be some form of retaliation, seemingly directed by hotel management. It’s hard for me to believe that a hotel so beautiful could allow such appalling behavior to happen to their guests. For the first time, Marriott has let me down. I had hoped that after sharing my experience with the General Manager, future guests would be protected from this kind of treatment. Unfortunately, the General Manager still has not responded to my email sent four days ago. He did return my parents’ multiple phone calls three days after the incident, claiming to be "unaware" and offering an apology, but no action has been taken to prevent future incidents of this nature at the hotel. @MarriottBonvoy @MarriottHotels

We were going to Punta Cana village so we stopped off for a meal and a drink and got talking to the manager desi k petkova and what lovely lady and so knowledgeable told us were to go and we’re not to go we are coming back on march 20th first place we will be going to see four points hotel to see desi and have a fantastic dinner the staff are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them it’s so clean and there’s a lovely warm pool to relax in thank you for looking after us Desi k petkova

I have been here two times now for business. The staff is OUTSTANDING! I had a couple of issues with the room that were inconveniences but the staff was super responsive. I travel frequently and this staff was hands down the friendliest I have dealt with in some time. The restaurant could use additional staff during peak breakfast and evening hours as the hotel was full when I was there. They were working their tails off but still did a great job with smiles and laughs. If you a looking for a place within walking distance of shopping and food this is your place.

The hotel was ok. The views were awesome from our balcony room,but all the balconies face the main road so it was noise. The room was not ready when we arrived at 330 but the staff worked hard and it was ready a few minutes after we arrived. Music at the tiki hut was ok. I was very disappointed that they did not offer a complimentary breakfast. Most of the near by restaurants offer this. All of the staff were very accommodating!
