I'm just moving to Pensacola & still looking for a place to live.. So I searched online for a PET FRIENDLY room to stay 3 nights with my 2 older yorkies. Several rates appeared & i chose the lowest rate of course thru Super at $195 tor the 3 nights.. I made the reservation and paid Super the total due right then. ii made sure i noted n the Comments for Booking Before i paid that I was travelling with 2 yorkies . Both the booking agent & the Hotel can read these comments. I then proceeded toward the HOTEL PENSACOLA.. When I printed my receipt from Super i seen they had printed on my receipt toward the bottom of page in Large letters that I had paid in full by Visa and No other charges were to be charged by Hotel at check in except extras i may add later, such as room service. They did say below that statement The Hotel may hold upto $100 per stay as a Deposit in case of damages until checkout. When I checked in the desk lady did ask for my card and put an $100 hold on my debit card for this. She asked for my ID pulled up my reservation and read off the type room I had asked for. Gave me One key and that's it. Never explained breakfast times or anything else. When I went back to my car to collect my things with a cart I had to ask for i then took my dogs in too. I stood in the lobby talking to someone I had met before because I wasn't trying to hide anything. She then told me to come to the desk she had to change the room she had given me before. She also pulled up her computer and charged my debit another $150 I never authorized. She told me They charge $25 per pet per night. At that time I couldn't cancel due to Supers no cancel policy and I had already paid but I did try showing her and telling her my receipt had printed on it There could be NO MORE CHARGES. SHE responded she didn't care what it said & wouldn't even look at it. Just said that's what they charge. And continued to take $150 out of my account even though I objected. I'm still trying to get Super to Take care of their Promise and statement. So far I've waisted hours of precious time I should be looking for a home trying to recoup my $150. Right now these 3 nights I thought was $195 has almost $475 of my money tied up. Money I need to rent a home. THE HOTEL CLERK WAS RUDE & BROKE THE LAW TAKING MONEY I CLEARLY NEVER AGREED TO PAY. DO NOT BOOK HERE THEY ARE THIEVES

I canât say enough good things about this hotel and staff The tv wouldnât work Maintenance man was there within 10 minutes and reconnected some cables Staff were all nice and helpful The hotel room was spotless no odors Frig and microwave worked well Location was good for us as our activities were downtown As an older couple we felt very safe there parking lot was well lit Breakfast was muffins and honeybuns but we had brought healthier items so wasnât an issue for us I actually left a set of keys there and staff helped me get them home in just a couple of days Will definitely stay there again

Everyone at the front desk was very helpful, but the rooms we got were digusting. There was mold all over the bathroom shower, floor, and around the lamp shades. The floor was filthy. Left our feet black and turned all the floor mats brown. The bathroom door was covered in what looked like pee splatter or bloody finger prints. They were nice enough to let us switch rooms once one was available, but the new room wasn't much better. Floors were still filthy and the water pressure was awful. I wouldn't stay here again but the front desk did what they could. The housekeeping was awful and never came when we requeted they clean the first room.

We had a front desk staff named Carmen Johnson. Who was very helpful. Fairy plaza and ran above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we wanted and needed. She was happy plesent and made us feel very welcomed every time we saw her. The rooms were big the bed was comfortable and we had a jacuzzi tub in our room.

Very clean modern hotel as we walked in. Helpful and kind staff. Room very clean and comfortable. Hallways have no odors. Only negative, only a minimal continental breakfast. We were prepared and brought our own. This location is along âcar dealershipâ road it seemed. Hotel set back off the road behind a dealership. Is a 30 minute drive to the National Naval Aviation Museum which we highly recommend to go to. We saw the Blue Angels fly, too.
