The room was adequate with the typical amenities. The bed was comfortable, etc. My complaint is that I went down to the lobby to order dinner after being on the road all day. I sat at the bar to order and wait for the food, since I was taking it back up to my room. The layout is a bar with tables sort of surrounding it. The entire time I sat there...probably 30 minutes, I had to listen to a bunch of foul-mouthed drunks talking at the top of their lungs. They could be heard throughout the lobby, so there was no escaping it, except to go back up to the room. Then another drunk, who could have sat anywhere else, sat right next to me, and started watching videos on his phone at full volume. The bartender didn't seem to care, or want to take any kind of control over the situation. I don't know if this is the typical clientele at this hotel, but the guests didn't seem to know how to conduct themselves in public. I'm normally pretty tolerant of loud, obnoxious people, and just try to separate myself from them, but this was the most bizarre behavior I've ever encountered!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! ABSURD AND BAFFLING, HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EMPLOYEES. DEMONIC PEOPLE WHO HATE CHILDREN, CAUSING MY FAMILY AND CHILD EMOTIONAL DISTRESS. When first arriving at the hotel a few days ago, my husband explained to the front desk that we need a room on the first floor, as we have a toddler and donât want to cause trouble. This was supposedly not something that could be done and we were placed on the fourth floor. At some time between 9-9:30pm, we were playing hide and seek as a family with our toddler who was getting ready for bed. We were laughing, happy and joyful, admittedly probably being too loud. We received a knock on our door letting us know there was a noise complaint. My husband tried to explain it was our toddler playing hide and seek and that we would stop. As I snuggled her into bed with her blanket and headphones to wind down to a kids show, there was a second knock on the door not but 15 minutes later, this time a man and a woman. They again asked if everybody was ok and I again explained that Yes we have a rambunctious toddler who was getting ready for bed. The man asked me rudely âCanât you just put the toddler to bed?â As if it wasnât already explained that is exactly what we were doing⌠I again responded âyes the toddler is in bed right now.â At this point it wasnât even 10pm which is normally when noise ordinances go into play. After the second complaint and room visit/ knock, my husband went down to the front desk to inquire if they can schedule to put us on the first floor, to avoid any more issues. But at this point the employee/manager had already decided to cancel our stay and remove us from the property. For NOTHING more than a toddler running around before bedtime, BEFORE 10pm. After packing all of our groceries, toys, and clothes, several police officers escorted us with our belongings and our CHILD to our vehicle. This experience was so stressful I broke out in HIVES all over my face and body. I have never felt so disrespected, treated so disgusting and vile as these employees at the Home2 Hilton. Nothing about this place is respectful or welcoming to hard working families. They should never be able to call themselves HOME. At this hotel your children have to walk on eggshells just to exist or else the cops will be escorting you out. It feels like an injustice and such an abuse of power for whoever was managing the hotel tonight. I feel targeted for having a child. I was hated before I even answered the door. There is no other explanation to the treated my family received. What is so baffling is that we initially requested a first floor room to avoid this entire situation and they claimed it was not an option for the duration of our stay. It was available but not for us specifically. There was no attempt at a resolution. Thank GOD we had the means to book at a MARRIOTT last minute so we were not sleeping on the streets tonight. Disgraceful and dishonorable absolutely disgusting and vile human beings who have no respect for families, mothers or children.

Just spent three nights at this property. Very nice, clean property. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite large and laid out well. Beds very comfortable and love the walk in shower. We must have had a child above us who liked to jump around and I think it is amplified because there is no carpet on the floors. I wish there were instructions on use of the thermostat in the room. I believe if I could have had fan noise running all night it would have helped on some of the extra noises. The building is in line with plane take offs from the airport nearby but really didnât notice it inside our room. We were located near the road across from the hospital so sometimes you get the sirens or vehicle noise. My only real complaint is I didnât feel the breakfast was up to par as many other hotels in the same category. Fruit was out only on one of the days and it was green bananas that you couldnât eat for at least two days. There is a lot of open seating areas. You have lots and lots of restaurant choices nearby and the mall is a block away. There is a Publix within walking distance and an AMC theatre behind it.

This property is conveniently located directly across from Sacred Heart Hospital and very near Cordova Mall and Pensacola airport. The facility was clean and staff members were pleasant, welcoming and conscientious in fulfilling their assignments. The breakfast was comparable to that offered at Hampton Inns. The beds are very comfortable. Our sleep was not disturbed by noise from either the adjacent street or from any internal source. In summary, our three day stay was everything we expected from this type of hotel--no adverse surprises.

The hotel is in a great location, but you will hear every noise from beside, above, and before you. Walking, doors closing, voicesâŚevery noise. Itâs unfortunate because this really is a perfect location. Construction quality far too poor to visit again.
