La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham PCB Pier Park area

The breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean, and everyone treated us with a great deal of respect and all staff was kind, especially Maurice who made and served breakfast. I strongly recommend this place for a comfortable stay that is within 10 minutes of any of the best beaches. Five out of five stars.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was a joke. Not enough food to go around the first morning and none the second morning and no coffee or paper plates. The food they served was good, but it was like the survival of the fastest to get it. Plus, only 8 tables for two in a four-story hotel. They need two people to staff the breakfast bar on the weekends. Not sure how it went during the week, but Saturday and Sunday it was pathetic!

Plus: Cost effective place to stay for that area; quick drive to beach if that is what you want to do; free parking; close to Pier Park; wasn't too noisy; little sundry area in lobby with food personal care items; bed was comfortable; i was in an executive king so it was larger; good bath toiletries Cons: hallways desperately needing vacuuming; I thought I was seeing the carpet after a day of folks coming and going but then it was the same the next day and evening and it had not been vacuumed; half the tables in the breakfast area were missing chairs so we took food back to room; They hotel seems understaffed and those who were there at least at the front desk weren't super friendly - they may have been overwhelmed; the bathtub in guestroom was in very bad shape with rust and missing porcelain

My room is nice and clean with a great view. Superb staff. Cassie, Tanisha, Maribel, Shaunouyx? (Sorry about the spelling), Daniel and several others who went above and beyond to make my stay safe, comfortable and enjoyable. Super quiet. No noise. I enjoy the pet policy and love seeing all the beautiful pets. I was here last October and was so pleased, I stayed a week on this visit. I certainly will be back.
