Holiday Terrace Beachfront Hotel a By The Sea Resort

Be aware you will be hit with additional fees when booking online. They call them resort fees and they cover parking etc. This was the first time I have ever stayed at a hotel that did not provide ice for free. - they have an ice vending machine and don’t post the price of the ice — slip your credit card in to be surprised. The room was sparse and ugly, but was one of the remodeled rooms. I expressed my feelings upon checkout and was dismissed. Towel bar on the floor and a filthy sheet of paper left on top of the fridge upon checking. Do not recommend staying here.

Reasonably priced and easy access to the beach. Great view of the beach from the balcony. Front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping are friendly and accommodating. Decent pool with a grill nearby. Our suite came with a kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, sink, dishes, cups etc).

Front desk was so nice and helpful. Views are beautiful! Walking distance to the peir and shops. We did have a couple of issues with lighting but maintenance quickly repaired them. The furniture is a little dated, but overall the rooms were clean. I would recommend staying here. Also, if you have pets it's a good place for them.

This was an awesome stay! Our room was a two room suite with a great balcony with two chairs for our morning beverage and view. The best ocean view-we were right on the beach. Very clean. Beds were great with plenty of pillows. Check in/out was very smooth. Coffee was served in the lobby. A beautiful pool. We wished we could have spent more time-fabulous room/stay.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and the rooms were very dirty. Especially our one room where the AC was leaking in hallway so there was a massive puddle right in front of our door. Oh yes and the door didn’t close properly so someone could just push on the door without using a key. There was broken glass on pavement going to the pool that almost stepped on. The drawers on the dresser barely opened without almost ripping them off. The internet turned off and on all the time. For the price per room per night you would think be a lot better. We traveled a ways to come for a couple days and we were very disappointed.
