Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Panama City Beach

Shower didn’t have hot water and when we notified the management they were beyond condescending and said “have you tried turning it on hot”. Our kitchen sink had hot water but not our shower & apparently the entire hotel doesn’t have hot water in the showers??? When i called customer service, I was not given an option to move to another location or really any accommodation for the inconvenience. Hotel staff were very rude and even said “Jesus Christ” and rolled their eyes at us when we came to the front desk to ask for something. Do not book here!!!!! Also saw cleaning service cleaning rooms and when we asked for new towels and sheets they said they didn’t have cleaning service for the day? They went out of their way to have the worst service toward us. Horrible

I was very pleased with the spacious room and professional staff. Our room was very clean and ee will most definitely be returning guests. Thank you!

We stayed 3 days out of our week vacation and drove 500 miles back home. Staying at this hotel ruined the whole experience/vibe of our vacation.

Pros-Staff was friendly. Location was great. Air conditioning was ice cold. Cons-this hotel is filthy (carpets, elevator, hallways reek of weed). One morning while eating at the sub par "breakfast buffet", we noticed a homeless man sleeping on a lounge chair by the pool. If we could've got our money back, we would've checked out after a couple days, instead of 5. The pictures and description on Hotels.com and Booking.com were extremely misleading and inaccurate. There is a Tru hotel 1 minute down the road, stay there!!!
