Hampton Inn & Suites Panama City Beach Beachfront

This Hampton Inn on the beach was wonderful! We were able to get an ocean front room and the view was beautiful. I'd never been there before. The people who worked there were so welcoming and nice. Everyone who worked there said hello and asked if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel and our room was clean and everyone was nice. However, if you need anything (including talking to a manager) you might as well forget it. We first contacted the front desk at 8:39am for towels and washcloths. After waiting an hour, I showered and dried off with a hand towel. Upon returning to the room later in the day we contacted the front desk again wanting towels and washcloths. They said they would send a housekeeping manager up ASAP. An hour later I went to the front desk and asked for a manager. They were in a meeting and the lady gave me towels and washcloths. If that’s all it took, I would have went to the desk hours easier instead of wasting 2 hours on my vacation in the room waiting on someone to bring them. This is the only problem I’ve ever encountered with any Hilton property. Also, the toilet are the right size for a 5 year old child but very uncomfortable for adults.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel that's probably the best Hampton Inn & Suites I've ever stayed in. (I've stayed in a lot of Hamptons over the years.) From the bridge/walkway across the road, to the lobby, to the eating area, to the room itself, it all surpassed my expectations. I wanted a relaxing room that overlooked the gulf and wasn't disappointed. I would have liked to stay longer and soak up more of the view before heading back to the snow. Even the breakfast, simple as it was, seemed better than other Hamptons. The bed was comfortable and I could see the gulf as I lay there. The room was clean and spacious. The balcony was clean and roomy. Took a five-minute walk and enjoyed dinner at Barefoot Hide-A-Way down the street. My only minor complaint is the constant music they played down below at the pool area, which was noticeable from my fifth floor room. I was there to hear the gulf, not music, so I would recommend the hotel cut the music, although obviously this may just be a personal thing and others may like it. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful and well kept hotel located on the white PCB beaches and near by everything. Went for a 4 days getaway with the family and booked 2 rooms, as gold members were upgraded to ocean view rooms, a big THANK YOU to the front desk team for being extra accommodating. Everything was perfect, the location, the heated pool, the facility, the breakfast. A special Thank you goes to Terry, the extraordinary breakfast attendant who was a true reflection of excellent service. She would go above and beyond for everyone anticipating our needs always with a smile, she deserves to be recognized. We normally prefer Embassy Suites but this Hampton was nothing less and so far the best Hampton we have been at. Keep it up guys, our family had a great stay and can't wait to be back!
