Clarion Inn Ormond Beach at Destination Daytona

On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the bands played for too long and too loud directly outside our bedroom window. I explained to the desk clerk that we were in Ormond Beach to attend a funeral and asked to be moved to quiet room. She insisted that there were no other rooms available. Given that the prices were higher than usual, we were extremely disappointed that the manager offered no compensation. We'll never stay there again.

When we arrived we were told our room was not in the main building where the office was but out across the parking lot. The main part of the hotel had inside rooms and the ones we were in across the parking lot had outside entrances. We had to take the elevator to our floor and had to have a room cars to make it move which was nice for security. The first room they gave us was nice but had a blinking light in the bathroom so they moved us to another room. That one needed some updating. Walls needed some help and nothing to sit on but a hard table chair. There was a fridge and microwave. The pro of the room was the bed and pillows were very good and staff was very nice and helpful. Con was no where to sit and room needed an update and I personally don’t like entrances not inside the building. Also only one elevator and it was acting up.

Cleanest, nicest place to stay 11 out of 10 recommend. Close to everything, super friendly staff. Great get away for bike week. You will enjoy your stay at this amazing hotel and won’t regret it. Tell your friends and wife you guys are here for bike week

Front desk was extremely helpful, we did not get in until after midnight. Venessa took the time to make sure we got to our room safely and had everything we needed. When we checked out she was still at the desk with a big smile and thanked us for staying. Would recommend to family.

The front desk was amazing experience with a wonderful kind and helpful woman named Vanessa and our accommodations were excellent. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and really good! Would stay again and highly recommend. Beds were very comfy too!!
