I had a reservation at this hotel from February 4th to February 14th, 2025. Upon arrival, I paid the full amount via credit card. I was placed in a room infested with cockroaches, with a horrible smell, and a TV that didn’t work. On top of all that, there was a police raid almost every day at the door in front of mine. After complaining, I was moved to another room. This one seemed clean but was still terrible. I decided to leave the hotel and go somewhere else. However, instead of checking out on the 14th, I left on the 9th—five days earlier. They simply refused to refund the unused nights, but I let it go. As if that wasn’t enough, a few days later, I received an extra charge of $252. I didn’t use anything from the room, and it was already in a deplorable state. I called the hotel and was told there was no charge in their system, and that I should contact my bank to dispute it. I opened a dispute with my bank, and they later informed me that the hotel insisted I had to pay. I tried calling the hotel again from another country, but neither the front desk nor the manager resolved anything—they even stopped taking my calls. The bank asked me to send a letter or fax with proof of my reservation. To sum it up, I was on vacation in another country, had my money stolen by this hotel, they refused to refund me, and I had to figure out how to send a letter or fax while abroad to dispute the charge. Terrible, unsafe, and filthy. Never again!

This hotel is not for young families . This hotel was very very cheap. The front desk closed at 10:50 I barely made it there in time after leaving the Disney parks . There is no security or manager on duty they tell you to call 911 in case of an emergency. And slide the key under the door. When you check out because no one is there before 11:00 on. Saturday. The floor was sticky and grime. No toiletries except one very small shampoo and conditioner bottle. There were two very small towels and nothing else not extra toilet paper or tissues. If it was actually not tied down to a desk or chair it was not in the room. The hotel lobby says no smoking, but people were smoking in the elevator. People up all night roaming the hallways . Just isn’t a very safe place to stay I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE

I must say this hotel has differently change for better the Manager is awesome and attentive to your needs beautiful staff you will love it there nice gym clean hotel. Close to everything walking distance to restaurant and store hihop restaurant almost in hotel parking lot.

This is one of the worst suites I've been to. Once I walk into the room, the odor of rotten vegetables and sweat punches me in my nose. Not even 20 minutes of me and my family setting down, we spot 2 ROACHES on the stove and in the bathroom. Not only that, but the floors are atrocious. They were sticky and slimy and just horrible. The bathroom smelled like it was just used by someone with lactose intolerance after they drunk 2 gallons of milk and 2 bowls of melted cheese. The beds were dark and damp like they were wet, the pillows felt like wet sandbags, and the telephone here DOESNT WORK. The table and kitchen counter felt sticky and disgusting, once again, the floors were so sticky and dirty, i once used my mop to clean the floor and boy, the other side was BLACK, I'm talking PITCH BLACK. As if this floor hasn't been cleaned in decades. It was horrible I'm telling you. On TOP of this horrible crap show, the internet was the worst I've ever used. It was slow- very slow, I'm talking as slow as a snail moving backwards on a treadmill- It was laggy, and worst of all, they LIED to my FACE after i asked them "is the Wi-Fi okay here?" They told me, TO MY FACE, "The Wi-Fi here is very good sir!" and started listing reason of how it was good. And I PAID for the PREMIUM PLAN. I can't play a SINGLE game with this internet. Because this water down crappy internet is making me lose every single match. It's not just the internet that is trash here, it's the people. When me and my son got here, they gave us the card, but the card didn't work. So, they had to call someone to open it and give us the cards. When that person came, my son was playing around in front of the door- Mind you he is 5 years old - doing what all kids do. And this disrespectful, malice having, hate filled chinchilla of a man decided to say- and i quote- "Move little sh!t" Under his breath. THEN he came up to me and said i need to get my kid under control. I was absolutely outraged. And it looks like they let anyone in, because I'm pretty sure there was this woman looking at my son in a weird way. She looked homeless. And once I looked at her, she snapped back the opposite way. So, I'm pretty sure they let predators in this place. If you love your children and your vacation here, or if you just need a place to stay, this place IS NOT IT. This place comes close to a prison. Straight trash of a suite.

From the time I checked in I had problem was double charge TV was not working. Wi-Fi was not working roach in the room, dirty floor and terrible customer service. I would never recommend anybody to stay at this hotel. It is ghetto. I spoke with the lady that check me in Cici and she never addressed the situation she’s the reason my stay was terrible cause she never did her job the right way and Shannan who ever she is need to be fired but her attitude tells a lot of what the place is about she needs to go school for hospitality , she belong to working at the motel 6
