TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Airport

Everything is very comfortable. Parking was easy and very close to Orlando Airport. The hotel bar and restaurant was great. Jessica was very attentive and handled everything with ease. She was the only one getting drinks and everyone's food and handled it with no problem! Typical bar food but everything was hot and delicious.

If you are looking for a professional place to stay with good customer service; this is NOT the place. I was not impressed with the level of customer service by the staff. Not one staff member seemed like they like their job or want to be here. You definitely will not feel welcomed here. The rooms are clean and nice when you check in, but good luck getting your room cleaned, restocked with towels, toilet paper, and getting your trash taken out while you stay there. I was here for a week. On the 3rd day I removed the “Do not disturb” sign, so house keeping could restock my toliet paper, and towels. I waited 3 days, and nothing was done. On the 3rd day I noticed the “Do not disturb” sign on my door when I got back. House keeping put it on my door, so they didn’t have to do their job. The one that came with my room was still on the inside of my room. I was shocked to see this when I got back to my room.

We had an early morning flight leaving from MCO, so we figured this would be our best bet. We were right. The hotel is extremely clean, has friendly staff, and is about three minutes from the airport. We will definitely book again when we have early flights in the future.

Towne Place Suites Orlando Airport delivers a superb room and quality service! This hotel offers clean, new and spacious rooms. Hotel is conveniently less than 5 minutes from the airport. There are several restaurants as well as fast food restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. The shuttle driver HUGO should be commended as well as receive financial rewards and professional advancement opportunities from the hotel. Shuttle drivers are the unsung heroes of a hotel. A shuttle driver is an ambassador for a hotel and for many guests their first impression of a hotel is how they interact with a shuttle driver. HUGO went above the call of duty! Hugo was kind to my family. HUGO offered restaurant suggestions. He also assisted our family by informing us of a good time to depart the next day so that our family would be on time for our flight to Puerto Rico. HUGO even provided a few tips and suggestions about traveling to Puerto Rico as well. Thank you HUGO! Town Place Suites Orlando Airport is worth the price of a room. You will enjoy your stay!
