I will never stay in that hotel ever again. I am a Hilton honors member, and when I was booking my trip, the website invited me to try their new hotel. Since it was in the area was looking for, and they advertised free breakfast, I booked it. Little did I know it was a “Continental” breakfast that consisted mostly of bagels. They were tasty, but you had to split them with a 25 cent plastic knife. When I got to my room, I noticed there wasn’t a coffee maker or a clock. The refrigerator was barely below room temperature, and the only chair was a desk chair made of hard metal. Very uncomfortable. The shower was the smallest I’ve ever seen, and the door to the shower and toilet opened right into the sink. There wasn’t a cup to help me take my meds. I had to go downstairs to get one. In the lobby, I noticed there were some frozen dinners for sale. But since there was no microwave in the room, only the lobby, I guess they wanted you to heat it there, and then carry it up to your room. I can’t believe Hilton would ever put their name on such a substandard hotel.

This hotel was a horrible experience. I can’t believe Hilton would put their name on something this terrible. Do not stay here. Dated musty rooms. The location is poor, stunk of weed everywhere and the staff could care less about customers and were beyond rude. Stay at the Hilton Garden Inn nearby. Much better experience for the same price.

For me it was first time staying in a Spark hotel. The hotel provides a basic offering (continental breakfast, no gym, a good bed. However what you have to be very aware of is with this basic offfering also comes in a much less customer focus. - I had packages sent to the hotel. They registered the packages when received. However they were not able to hand over all packages and now blame it on me that package were handed over to them (while log sheet proves not to be the case) and make an own truth! please contact the manager was the advice. This manager is not responsive and I have provided all information twice. Still blaming my actions for them not being able to hand over packages….. no reflection. No responsibility taking, not factual and suggestion lead … NOT GOOD. Even Hilton guest assistance did not want to step in as on site actions are needed. In my opinion if somebody lost the package, coming out for it is a starting point for solution. Not blaming the customer on a process not influenceable. - when asking about the satisfaction guarantee: please contact the manager. No willingness not openess to uphold the satisfaction guarantee. I will never stay at this hotel again where customer focus and serious diving into cases is really lacking. The manager Don H does not read the mails seriously, asking multiple times for information already provided. Complaints resolution is bad at this hotel. Please avoid.

This is a Motel 6 with a coat of paint on it. It smelled like years and years of cigarette smell masked with a cheap deodorizer. I was very surprised that Hilton would have a property like this. When we were getting ready to leave we noticed a very small bug in my daughter’s bed. I called the front desk immediately thinking that they would want to investigate to see if there were more bugs. However, the person at the front desk seemed disinterested and said, “I’ll go take a look in about 10 minutes.” So I took a video and I took pictures. Then, as we were about to leave, I told one of the people that were cleaning the room that there is an insect in the bed. He came in, killed the bug, and walked out. He was not concerned at all. You would think that they would be concerned for future guests that this was an infestation. They were not concerned at all. I cannot caution you enough against staying at this place.
