Fantastic service!! Thank you Marie! And the front desk staff. In Orlando, there are so many resort fees and hidden costs. This was a refreshing Check in without the extra hassle. Everything I needed was available. Of the Extended Stays in Orlando, this is the most comfortable.

The people are nice Marie and Morgan were very helpful and knowledgeable of any question i had any time i saw them and if they didnt they knew how to get the answer. Staff also always doing there best to to keep clean for guests entering the building...

I just want to say the staff was outstanding I had many other options in regards to where I could have stayed, but I wanted some where I could be comfortable and prepare a hot meal. I want to say Char, Somer, Marie and Joseph were outstanding. I know it's not easy I'm sure dealing with multiple people with personalities but they were very patient and they tended to all of my needs. I recommend this place to anyone if you're looking for a home away from home. Thank you to the staff.

I love the establishment!!!! I could never be able to say that enough and be able to express the joy that I have had since I began to stay here in September of last year I’ve been here each and every month since September and I’m telling you the reason why I’m still here is because I’ve had a lovely experience. The staff is amazing! The rooms are efficient and definitely have everything that I could possibly need like a mini apartment! I have even an oven! I am living just like I’m at home and basically I am for the moment so I definitely recommend anyone that needs to stay somewhere or needs us something like home for the time being this is the place to go it’s affordable. It’s amazing. The staff miss char so hospitable and helpful. I never worry about a thing! Management is also amazing although we’ve been through a few of them since I’ve been here, but the new lady miss maggie sure knows what she is doing to keep this place up and running at it full potential and everyone happy. I gave it two thumbs up here.

Where do I even start? How about here: The health department should shut this place down. It’s an absolute hell-hole. From the time I walked in and waited 15 mins for the front desk person, I was surrounded by 20 kids throwing footballs and having nerf gun wars. At first I thought maybe they were Disney tourists but was quickly informed that all their families live there full time 🙄. The front desk person asked way too many questions he already had the answer to, and then swiped a key, saying, “if the room isn’t clean, let me know and I’ll try to put you somewhere else.” Great start. The hallways were dim and almost completely unlabeled - half the room number signs were torn off and good luck finding the elevator again. I wandered for 5 mins before finding my room amid burnt out hallway lights and an overwhelming odor of weed. Upon entering I just started laughing. The pictures on the booking site aren’t even the same hotel. Filthy 1960’s appliances, 4” burns in the carpet, and a tv that the maintenance crew had to crudely glue down, presumably to avoid theft. Floor was filthy, bed skirt was torn, and there was mold and holes all over the walls. Towels and shampoo had been tossed in no particular placement on the bathroom counter. The tub was clogged and the toilet required 2 flushes to clear. The sheets, although stained, appeared relatively clean. No coffee maker in the kitchen, and no utensils - I thought this was an “extended stay”? The only reason I stayed is because I was exhausted, didn’t feel well, and just needed to sleep. I went downstairs to meet a DoorDash driver and the girl who checked-in in front of me was checking out after her 3rd room attempt - her second being walking in on another guest occupying her room, with a working key. Another guest asked the front desk manager what could be done about the rowdy kids. “They’re not mine, you can figure it out if you want,” was the response. The shower was hot, as I stood in 5” of water in a tub that didn’t contain a drain plug 🤮. All night the halls were filled with shouting kids, running and banging on the walls. I guess it kind of blocked out the sirens and police helicopter noise though. I never feel unsafe in hotel rooms - ever. But this one, I put a chair in front of the door. Run, don’t walk, away from this hellhole.
