Extended Stay America Select Suites Orlando Conven Ctr Sports Complex

The worst hotel ever. Do not stay at this location. Very dirty, smells and know one to help after midnight. Arrived lat 7pm had reservations downtown dropped luggage and left arrive back at 1am. Keys for the room wouldn't work took nearly 1/2 to find someone to let us in. Once in discovered a dirty room. Pieces of women's fake eye lashes on the bathroom sink area as well as on the towels. No cold water working in bathroom sink, toilet seat nearly falling off. No one to address our issuse with. I called down the street and found a room an left. I had paid for two nights they offered a 15% refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Horrible attitudes, nothing online was correct. Checked us in the wrong room. We had 3 rooms, before settling. Then we were told they charge to put garbage out. They stay was horrible, and ms. Natasha was really rude and unprofessional. Manager never came to see how she could help. I actually booked the room in advance. Cash money, they treated us horrible.

Honestly the worst experience I've had at a hotel. The front building was nice enough, with a polite man who informed us we had to go to the back building. There, we were greeted (barely) by a girl who clearly wanted to be anywhere but there. We were then charged what we thought was a credit card hold but turned out to be a full payment for both rooms despite pre-paying fully through a travel agent. The rooms were sticky, smelled like they hadn't been cleaned in a month, and the sight of several cockroaches was enough to solidify the decision to leave. The only saving grace was that they didn't fight us for a refund when we decided to leave immediately. We were, however, charged the first night fee despite having proof we had already paid in full through the travel agent, so lost out on almost $100 each and were left feeling thoroughly unsafe and scammed by this place.

Horrendous. You’re led to believe that the front building is where you are going, instead you’re sent to the back building. With staff who would rather be anywhere else but there After being charged again even though we paid in full at booking we were sent to a room that wasn’t worth a star. The smell alone was awful, the hob was burnt and the fridge smelt like something was rotting alive in it. The sheets smelt like they hadn’t been washed in a year. The best part… the cockroaches. Once we seen that it was over. We didn’t stay a single night and left immediately. For the money that we were charged and what was offered it left a lot to be desired.

It was a nice relaxing time,I liked the space and quiet so it's A + in my books,I had no problems with the staff or Room plus it was close to the Comic convention I was heading to so it was very convenient for me,again it's a good stay,and I did have a great experience
