Comfort Suites Near Universal Orlando Resort

Excellent!! Rooms very comfortable & clean. Very spacious. Breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly & helpful. Will definitely recommend for future visits. Pool was wonderful. Very clean and family had more than enough time in to stretch out in the room.

I chose this hotel because of its very close proximity to the Universal parks and also because of the positive reviews I had read before booking. The pros were: - My friend and I were able to check in a bit early (around 1 PM). - The staff are all very friendly and nice (shout-out to Kayla/front desk!). - The property is kept clean and well maintained. - The room and bathroom were clean, and the beds were comfortable. - Shampoo, conditioner and skin lotion in the bathroom. - Large TV with many channels to choose from, including HBO. - Mini fridge and microwave oven in the room. - Great breakfast served daily, including hot food items (so convenient to have!). - Plenty of free parking. I would have given a review rating of 5, except for: - On day two of our stay, the room was not cleaned (it was supposed to be). - There was no furniture with drawers to put away T-shirts, shorts, PJs, underwear, etc., so we had to keep all those things in our luggage. :-( I found the lack of drawers to be very unusual for a hotel room, so I asked the front desk, but they couldn't say why drawers were not available in the room. All in all, it was a very good stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for visiting Universal, it's very safe, and a bunch of other hotels surround this Comfort Suites. I would definitely stay there again; I just hope there will be drawers next time. :-)

Stayed here again ! Great staff katrina always takes care of me when I'm staying also gm is very helpful ! Smooth check in as always! Room was great and also good view ! I love this property ! Always one of my go to hotels when me n gf stay in orlando ! Also still one thing I hate to keep bringing up is hot water issue I've stayed in 7 rooms nothing changed it's warm n hot then it turns luke warm must be adressed ! But overall good place to stay

Great staff, amazing housekeeping, and the free breakfast was top notch!!! We will stay here every time that the price makes sense to! If you figure in not having to pay for breakfast every day, and being able to walk to the parks, or take the free shuttle, it’s BEYOND covering the price difference….if there even is one!

Lovely hotel! Very clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast. We stayed here for our trip to Disney Word. We were super close! Less than 10 minutes to Magic Kingdom and Epcot. Pet Friendly hotel and the fee was only $50 for the stay!
