Embassy Suites by Hilton Destin Miramar Beach

Picked this hotel from reviews on trip advisor- Braeden and Deb were very helpful- 3 minute easy walk to beach- Alvins Island beach store next door and Surf Hut restaurant across street- really good food and drinks! Free happy hour drinks at hotel bar- great breakfast including omelettes made to order!! We ordered dinner from Calypso Cafe- good food- beautiful hotel- a little updating would be good- room was great with comfy bed!

We found this hotel very comfortable and clean. The room was large and well maintained. The hotel is across the street from a family friendly restaurant and the beach (the hotel has its own access to the beach using a code). There was a lot of parking available. The staff both at check-in and check-out were very helpful and went out of their way to help us. The breakfast included hot and cold foods, including an omelette station. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area.

Awesome experience at this hotel. It is located in a nice location to have some peace and quiet yet be close to everything one would want to do. We are here celebrating our anniversary and my birthday. Management made my birthday very special which was greatly appreciated. All the staff from the manager to those cleaing the rooms were all phenomenal. Many of the staff shared places to visit or restaurants in the area. I want to stop right here to say that the hotel has a restaurant at this hotel that needs to be recognized just as much as other area restaurants. It may not be on the water but the chef and cooks need to be recognized for their outstanding meals as much as other local restaurants. I highly recommend having a meal at the Calypso Cafe!! I wish I could recall the names of all the staff who had a very positive impact on us but I can't. I do want to give kudos to Paris, Donna, Amelia and Anthony as I do recall their names. I wish I could remember the young lady's name who is the manager of the hotel but she does a wonderful job in managing this hotel!!

Could be a gold mine for hilton. Wonderful location. Fantastic breakfast. Downside evening desk clerk very rude. She was on speaker so entire family heard. No housekeeping until we complained. Ran out of toilet paper even after room got cleaned. I understand why tile but should have something in room to get sand off floor so not to collect in bed. Lobby area needs some TLC. Replacing area rugs would be a great step. Happy hour was nice but snacks on different schedule than the drinks. All in all family of 6 had a great time.

Visited Spring Break and have stayed here several times before. Service was awful from the rude front desk clerk harassing people about beach towels to the housekeepers who didn’t clean the room—they literally just threw the covers back.
