The staff are amazing especially the front desk staff with Franceina! José who cleans the front was also great! The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean! I wish the pool was open, but that gives me more of a reason to come back! Thank you All! Maurice from Panama! I will be back!

Very nice Hotel! Room was nicely updated. Parking was great and close to the airport. Free shuttle service. The restaurant food was amazing. Susanna Reyes went above and beyond. She made sure everything was taken care of for us. She is a huge asset to the hotel!!

I went to the restaurant in the lobby. Iâm a flight crew member. The bartender named Sayda, was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. I took several recommendations from her, on what to eat. Wow. The food was better than many lobby restaurants, I have experienced. Extremely flavorful and unexpected. I stayed longer than usual and even had dessert, which I never do. All because she recommended them. I actually cannot wait to have this hotel again. And I hope, she is my bartender again. She treated us crew members like we were guests in her home!!!

The hotel is easy to get to despite the traffic, its near the airport with shuttles every 20minutes and one can arrange shuttle to the cruise port. Our room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming, easy check in and out. Breakfast buffet and restaurant is on main floor. Food was good, we had a cubana sandwich for dinner.

The place looks amazing now! Love the revamp! Aesthetics give luxury! Oh and Jorge at the bar... was the best bartender like oh my gosh!!! Love him! Lorena at the bar was also a pleasure as well! She was so sweet, attentive, and nice! I was hesitate about this hotel until I got here and saw all the improvements! I definitely will be back!
